Located in Saint George Island, this lovely house for $656 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to 'All Hooked Up'. This home was designed for groups of large family and friends. Featuring: All Viking kitchen in the master kitchen upstairs. 3 heating and air units , 3 kitchens including 3 stainless steel refrigerators. The home layout offers privacy, yet still connects you to everyone in the house without having to rent a separate property. 6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths. (3 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins (2 twin beds, 1 trundle twin over twin) and 3 queen size sleeper sofas account for sleeping 18 total) A dream home with 3 separate living areas. It's like having 3 homes in 1! 5,000+ square feet inside, featuring a large upscale chef's kitchen with viking range & 2 smaller kitchens. Great lap pool for relaxing or exercise All Hooked up is first tier, meaning you are directly across from the beach. A toddler could walk the distance from the house to the beach without being tired, you are that close (as you can see pictured!) This home is beautifully furnished, and the path to the beach is just steps from your front door. Yes, there is a path to the beach for your guest to walk to. HOME LAYOUT: Bottom left has king bedroom, Master Bathroom, twin bedroom with 2 twin beds, hallway bathroom, sleeper sofa. The bottom left sleeps 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bathroom, living and kitchen area feature a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The doors at the master bedroom will lead you to the pool area. Doors in the twin bedroom will leave you to the left front porch. The Bottom left unit is considered the handicapped friendly unit with an elevator inside connecting this unit to the top right. The bottom right has king bedroom, master bathroom, queen bedroom, hallway bathroom. Sleeper sofa. The bottom right sleeps 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bedroom, living area features a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The master bedroom doors will open to the pool area. The screened porch is accessible through the living area. There is a winding, wooden staircase that connects you to the bottom right unit to the top floor main living area. The main floor upstairs features a Master bedroom with bathroom, Small bedroom with trundle (twin over twin size) bed, hall way bathroom off kitchen, foyer for entertaining,, dining room with balcony views,, kitchen area, and full size living room. There are multiple doors to front & back outdoor decking. The elevator & staircase lets you out to this floor. You can also use the elevator or stair case to take you up to the next floor - which is a tiny look out spot with a small porch with seating. You can take great pictures from up here! You can also come up stairs using the outside stair cases. Gas grill under the carport, always free refills on propane! When we checked I we had to have the cleaning service come back and the house wasn’t completely cleaned. The upstairs kitchen was filthy and all the old sheets were left in the downstairs bedroom closet in a big ball.

Sixteen family members stayed at All Hooked Up on St. George Island. The house provided plenty of room and amenities for all of us. We enjoyed the island, the beach, and the pool at the house. The kids and adults spent many hours on the beach and in the house playing games. After Labor Day is our typical time to vacation as crowds are smaller, and in this case nearly non-existent. The whole family concurs that this was a great vacation.

We had 15 people staying from ages 1 to 88. The elevator was needed by some and enjoyed by others. The house had many separate areas which was perfect to meet the needs of those who had different sleeping schedules, places outside to hangout when it rained, an awesome setting at the highest point for sunset pictures, many places to play games and for kids to run around. The beach was easy for us all to go back and forth all day for long or short stays. We cooked many meals for 15 in the main kitchen and the other two kitchens were great for storage in the extra refrigerators and for cooking small meals. The pool and pool area was large enough for all to gather and enjoy. The furnishings and kitchen utensils are not fancy but adequate for a beach stay. The management is very prompt to fix any issues we had (like they came and cleaned the pool that had debris from a storm that occurred before we checked in, they were prompt to bring sheets when one set was missing). They also were very gracious to overnight a wallet that was accidentally left and not realized until we were hours away from the property. We also rented a golf cart from their recommendation and got a discount. Having a golf cart was really fun! It is hard to find a property to meet all the satisfies all the requirements we had with so many different personalities and physical needs for our big family. This large home was perfect for our group size. Everyone had private space and the living areas were large enough to accomodate everyone. This older home could use some minor updating and maintenanc, but it was very comfortable and clean. Overall is was a great stay, we made good use of the large pool, screened patios, and grill. Nice views from upper decks. We will be staying again!

Our family (8 adults, 8 teens) enjoys celebrating Christmas at All Hooked up. Despite the unseasonable freezing temps, the home was warm and cozy, the water heated up immediately, and there was more than ample space to spread out when being “stuck inside” got overwhelming with such a large group.
Kitchen(s) - we really only used the upstairs kitchen, but having 2 downstairs kitchens was great for additional refrigerators space and morning coffees. For those who cook: it was well stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, a food processor, spatulas, knives, etc. There were no condiments or seasonings, which we anticipated - so pack your own for those. Wonderful gas stove/oven and ample seating for a large family.
The kids loved hanging out downstairs while the adults talked upstairs. Despite having smart TVs in every living room and bedroom, we didn’t actually use them.
The beds / rooms easily held the 4 sets of adult couples, and the kids improvised on their sleeping arrangements in the other rooms and couches. All were comfortable and desired levels of privacy were easily accommodated. Full bathrooms in and/or adjacent to each bedroom made it so no one ever had to wait for the bathroom.
We would have loved to make use of the mid deck and roof top deck overlooking the water, but the freezing temperatures made the view more enjoyable from inside the huge windows.
Upon checkout, we learned that the house will be undergoing extensive renovations and remodels - we look forward to a return trip to enjoy the enhancements!

We drove 14 hours and waited 4 hours for a 4pm check-in as we were told we could not be granted early check in due to same day turn around.
Upon arrival at property, the landscape was not how it appears in pictures, It was weedy, dying and unmaintained.
The down stairs screen doors were broken and hanging open.
The pool was full of leaves. The house looked abandoned, not a good first impression.
When we entered the lower left unit, the smell of mold was over whelming. Upon inspection of the unit, we found bathrooms unclean, urine on base of toilets, dirty mirrors, dirty sinks, mold on ceilings, mold on bed clothes, moldy rippled carpets, sand on floors, dusty furniture and all closet doors off of hinges. There were not enough dishes to accommodate for 4 guest in unit, let alone the 6 which it advertised to accommodate.
The upstairs unit was in similarly poor condition, with dust so thick above windows you could see it from across the room. There were missing chairs in the living room, so you could not seat two at game tables. The walls and furniture were filthy. There was food and sand on the floor. The kitchen appliances were dirty , with hand prints and who know what else. The shade and trundle in the small room were broken. The shades in the master bedroom were torn and stained. Every bathroom in the house had been used, and showed fecal and urine remnants.
The decks were old and unsafe. The widows walk had broken furniture. There were missing smoke detectors in most rooms. Then we learned that the pool pump was broken and that the house had been empty for weeks.
Although Jerry acted and got people out quickly, there were too many issues. It was not my job to spend one minute of my family vacation directing his team on what should have been taken care of and managed long before our arrival. I would not have my family stay in the unsafe and unclean conditions of this house.
Kailey was very kind and helpful in directing us toward alternative housing for our stay. She was also swift in getting us our refund. It turned out to be a perfect vacation but the first evening was lost to a preventable disaster.

Our group of church ladies came for a beach retreat. This is our second year using this site. We came home today & I have already reserved the place for next year. It is very roomy and has a large common area that we all gathered in but separated enough to have privacy. This house would be great for any large group with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. We enjoyed the private pool & the walk across the road to the beach. We can't wait for next year!

In my opinion this house is perfect for a famiy get away at the beach it is right by beach very convenient as for the house itself it is nice an big lots of space nice cold air to me it was well worse the money we spend for it as for the host we have no compliant there either they even allowed us go a little over our time Al checkout to us this place is awesome very well whorse it we will consider renting it again

This house is perfect especially if you have three families staying together. All three have separate living areas and then you can all have dinner in the large dining room. Beach is right across the street. We hope to make this a yearly event.

And let’s not forget the old, dirty shoe that was left behind under one of the living room tables. Several of the chairs and couch cushions were stained and just smelled dirty. Finally, one of the upstairs patio doors did not unlock ( more of an inconvenience than anything).
I wish that I could say something positive about the property, but unfortunately there were too many negatives. We understand that it’s a gamble and you may have a couple of things that the cleaners or property manager overlook when you rent a home, but in the case of this property I can’t believe that these things haven’t been noticed previously. For the price paid I’d have to say that our value fell far short.
BTW…..We did email the owner out of concerns raised by some previous comments and was assured that the previous negative replies were the result of a rowdy college group that had been asked to leave and left negative reviews. I can assure you that this is not the case.

We had a large family group of 16 with ages 4-70 stay at the house over Thanksgiving. The location and size of the house is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. I was concerned before coming because I had read recent reviews that were not conplimentary. We had several things break or weren’t working when we arrived…a bedroom fan, 2 towel bars, and a garbage disposal. The fan and disposal were resolved within a day…no big deal on the towel bars. The house could definitely use some patching and painting and some overall tlc. However, that did not keep us from enjoying the house and our vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of cookware. The elevator was great for the older family members in our group and bringing luggage upstairs. It was so easy to go over to the beach and enjoy as much or little time as you would like. For anyone coming, I would recommend bringing TP, dish towels, shampoo/conditioner hand soap, etc as very little is provided. One of my disappointments was that there is a pool heater advertised for a fee both in the house info and in the property info onsite. When I called and asked a few weeks before coming about the heater, I was told that the owner had decided not to replace it bc not many people wanted it. That needs to be taken off VRBO so it isnt miss information. Overall, great location and size of house, and we loved exploring the island and surrounding areas.

The house had a mouse in it, which we couldn’t catch.
The property manager was available and helpful when needed.

We all agreed the property needs a lot of love and attention! Towel racks broken and on the floor, rotted doors, mold in multiple rooms behind beds and near light fixtures. Closet drawers off hinges just propped up in closet, One downstairs bathtub didn’t drain. Multiple light fixtures need new bulbs, could use a fresh coat of paint. Zero water pressure in upstairs master shower, etc The location and layout of the house are perfect for big groups! Just needs all of the odds and ends attended to for people paying good money to go on vacation.

Great House
We had a great time staying at this place. Plenty of room for everyone, and loved the lay out of the place. The additional kitchen are a plus when having multiple families. Pool was awesome. I think we only made it to the beach once. Definitely going to stay here again.

The house is so beautiful but dirty, needs lots of TLC. Cleaning company does a horrible job in cleaning between guest. We feel they should not get pay in full if they do a half ass job. Perfect for a large Group
The house was perfect for our group of our 20 ladies for a church retreat. We had ages of 30-72 & every age group felt very comfortable. It had an elevator that accommodated our ladies with health needs. We did have a problem with the elevator not working in the beginning but the owner sent a maintenance person over as soon as possible. We greatly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back next year!!

Jerry Isackson was awesome! Every time I communicated with him, he replied within minutes. The property was quite comfortable to the 16 family members. We come to SGI every year and I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with appliances and supplies. I love to cook and have never rented a beach house with a kitchen as good as this one - Viking gas stove, refrigerator and microwave.
We loved the pool in the back of the house. We loved the large bedrooms and that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The dining room table seated 10 and there was another table we used for the kids. The beach access was excellent.

Pros:
The house is large and spacious. The layout doesn’t make you feel like you’re on top of each other. With multiple families, the 3 kitchens were a game changer from other rentals we’ve stayed in with just one kitchen.
-Main floor kitchen is huge with lots of counter space.
-Plenty of seating at kitchen table and bar.
-Comfortable furniture and beds.
-Great front porch with ocean view.
-Nice pool area with lots of seating and loungers.
-Path to beach is directly across from house. About 2 minute walk to the water.
-7 minute drive to island center.
Cons:
You can tell it’s a highly used rental property. Just minor issues but some attention from the owner would go a long way. If you’re expecting an immaculate house and surrounding property, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a large house that’s close to the beach with a pool to share with multiple families, this is the house for you.
-Noticeable chips and scratches on almost every wall.
-Worn out carpet and rugs.
-Missing tile and large cracks in pool.
-Broken interior locks and doors.
-Exterior doors are difficult to open and lock/unlock.
-Lots of chipped, scratched, or cracked kitchen plates/cups/pans/serving dishes.
-Rusted shower curtain rods and hooks.
-Rusted faucets and sink drains.
-All 3 of the fridges have broken or missing drawers.
-The toilet in the king bedroom on the bottom left side repeatedly flushed on its own.
-Sleeper sofa mattresses are really uncomfortable (but that seems to be normal for any fold out bed.)
Altogether, we had a great time at the house and on the island and would consider renting the property again.

Jerry Isackson was awesome! Every time I communicated with him, he replied within minutes. The property was quite comfortable to the 16 family members. We come to SGI every year and I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with appliances and supplies. I love to cook and have never rented a beach house with a kitchen as good as this one - Viking gas stove, refrigerator and microwave.
We loved the pool in the back of the house. We loved the large bedrooms and that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The dining room table seated 10 and there was another table we used for the kids. The beach access was excellent.
