About this house rental
Nestled in Rehoboth Beach, this lovely house for $626 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom single family home (built 2013) with upgrades throughout has modern furnishings and is located in the private, serene, yet convenient community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. The community is east of Route 1, within biking distance to the beach and boardwalk (approximately 1.5 miles), with resort-like living including 2 community pools, 2 clubhouses with fitness equipment, tennis court, basketball, and a playset. The house has a spacious hallway which leads to the great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, flat screen TV, and connecting luxury kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar with 2 barstools. There is a dining table in the great room that seats 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 bedroom on the second floor, and 1 bedroom on the basement level. The Master bedroom with king bed, located on the main floor has a sitting room with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower that has a built in bench, separate tub, and 2 vanities. There are queen beds in the other 2 rooms on the main floor, 2 twin beds with TV in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen bed with bunk beds in the basement bedroom. The additional 3 bathrooms are located 1 on each level, all bathrooms have beautiful large ceramic tile with decorative accents. There is a separate dining room, with round table that seats 6. Fun awaits for the whole family in the spacious Recreation Room downstairs in the walk-out basement, which has full-size individual ping-pong, pool, and air hockey tables. There is a sectional sofa and TV with Sony Playstation that can also play DVDs. All rooms have ceiling fans, including the screened porch off the great room where guests can lounge and enjoy the summer breeze. Wifi is included. Pillows and blankets are provided for all beds. Bring own sheets, pillowcases, and towels or arrange for linen rental at additional cost.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The location is excellent, walking distance to both pools. It's a short drive to all of the attractions... beach, boardwalk, funland, and amazing restaurants. Looking forward to another stay!

The property was beautiful. The host was easy and great to work with. There was plenty of space in the home. Our only complaint is not with the house or host but with the pool rules and the pool attendant. The kids did not enjoy the pool. No diving sticks, pool toys, beach balls or floats allowed. Only pool noodles were allowed. The kids were jumping in the pool, because there was nothing else for them to do when the pool attendant told them they better behave or she would kick them out! They weren’t even misbehaving. Unfortunately this will prevent us from renting the home again. The pool was not a pleasant experience. We understand the need for some rules and no running. Totally understandable. We had a baby with us who is fair skinned and a ginger. We were not allowed to bring her covered pool float. Needless to say she didn’t even go to the pool. Again, nothing against the host, she was great as was the house. The pool was a big let down.

This was our 6th vacation at this house and we have never had a problem. The house is always clean, with nice amenities. Pool is close to the house. Outlets are real close and the ocean is just a short ride.

Beautiful House
The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Very well equipped with kitchen tool. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12. The front pool was definitely more kid friendly then the back pool we discovered . The refrigerator needed servicing and Liz brought a repairman out as soon as possible to fix the issue. We love the house so much we’ve already booked for next summer.

Very nice home
We had a wonderful time at this home. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. The basement was perfect for the kids to have their own space, and the location of the home is very convenient to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach.

We just spent the week of Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We really enjoyed the basement area…the teens & adults loved playing pool, ping pong, and air hockey. I absolutely loved the open floor plan between the kitchen & living room. Even though it was cold we still got to enjoy the local beaches, and some shopping at the outlets, which were literally a minute away.
The house was even better than the photos! We would definitely rent this house again when in Delaware.

Thanksgiving in Delaware
We just spent the week of Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect house for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Even though it was cold we still got to enjoy the local beaches, and some shopping at the outlets, which were literally a minute away.

Rented this beautiful spacious home with family and adult children. Had a wonderful week with perfect weather. Our host Liz was very available and responsive with information and answers to questions both prior to and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and action in Rehoboth. The house was very clean and has all the amenities one could want. The kitchen/great room area and screen room was a nice gathering area for cocktails and during meal prep. The finished basement is huge and a fun place to hang out. All our guests reported very comfortable beds in all rooms. Would highly recommend this home and will definitely consider renting again. Thank you Liz!

The Glade is a beautiful house with plenty of space for our extended family of 12 to spread out. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and basement rec room. It truly is a "vacation home!!" This property was perfect for our family. Beautiful house, lovely setting, close to shopping and the beach.
Our grandkids (ages 16-24) loved the game room in the basement and enjoyed a game of pool and air hockey with their Mimi.

All You Could Want!
This home is just perfect in every way! It is spacious and beautifully decorated and Liz has provided everything a guest could want 👍. Our stay
Liz was a great host and very easy to contact whenever I had questions. The place was as listed, very spacious and gave my 2 young children plenty of space to move around and not disrupt the rest of house. We especially loved sitting out in the screened-in porch to chat, quietly read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very friendly! We would definitely recommend.

Incredible Master Bedroom with a Lovely Screened in Porch
The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. I enjoyed spending time just reading in the beautiful king sized bed.
The screened in porch let in a nice breeze and it was very pleasant to spend time Out there.
My children loved the basement. We have them the basement bedroom and they enjoyed the space to run around and all the activities to do in the basement.
The house itself is very clean, bright and a joy to stay in.

Always returning to a place our family loves.
I believe our family has been here either 3 or 4 times. The house is big, yet the entire family can still be together. We have had 4 children and 7 adults, and we aren't even close to being crowded. Great community pool and close to beaches in Rehoboth and Lewes. Outlets and plenty of restaurants are close and offer plenty of variety. Boardwalk is only minutes away. Going to return next summer.

Fabulous House
Our family of 11 enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home. The house was clean, kid friendly, well appointed and very spacious. We did not feel crowded at all. Most of the rooms were very large. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is really beautiful. Liz was great to work with and has the house stocked with everything you could need (other than linens). The location was great as well. A short drive to the beach and very close to outlets, stores and restaurants. Access to pools, basketball and tennis was a nice bonus. The basement with the ping pong, pool and air hockey tables was a huge hit with our family. Our only minor suggestion would be to add HD cords and boxes to the TVs.

This house was absolutely perfect for 3 families of 4 people. We had more than enough room for all of us. We had kids aged 17-13 who absolutely loved the rec room downstairs. The beach was 10 minutes away, as well as any necessities needed or forgotten. The homeowner (Liz) was fabulous throughout this entire process. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who has a large family or anyone looking for a great house to spend with friends!! We would definitely consider this property again in the futuer!! Two thumbs up. 👍�👍�
