The house is located half a block from the ocean and only a block away from the start of the boardwalk.
If you want an ornate and Ritzy hotel-like environment, look elsewhere. This house is upgraded with modern conveniences, but it is firstly classic, comfortable, and endearing - conveying an easygoing Rehoboth charm. This is a clean, beautifully constructed home with tall ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors throughout!
Designed with groups in mind, featuring a 30-foot screened-in porch that catches the ocean breezes and a spacious living room featuring ample seating. The dining room comfortably seats eight to ten while the fully equipped kitchen -- with its casual counter seating for five-– is perfect for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to informal family meals. A screened-in back porch adds convenient storage for bikes and beach gear, and the first-floor full bath includes a brand-new shower, washer and dryer, as well as additional space for storage.
The second floor offers a classic center hall surrounded by four bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 in flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families or friends traveling together. One and a half baths are on this second level, and upstairs on the third floor there is one large bedroom with four additional beds.
Throughout the house, in every room, beautifully restored original hardwood floors add a timeless character while quiet individual A/C units in every room ensure comfort all summer long.
Outside, a generous backyard is perfect for games like croquet or badminton and an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after the beach. Parking for up to four cars is easy with a private driveway and transferable passes for street parking.

A wonderful second year staying here! It’s a very comfortable classic beach house with everything you need.We love spending time on the porch in the morning and after dinner. The location is truly ideal. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable including a great little playground 2 blocks away.The host is very responsive and helpful. We have never had an issue come up but I’m confident he’d address it right away:)

We recently stayed at this beach house and unfortunately wouldn’t return, primarily due to cleanliness issues and a misleading bathroom situation.The listing claims there are two full bathrooms, but that’s a stretch. In reality, there’s only one proper full bath inside the house—on the second floor. The so-called second “full bath” is actually a toilet in the laundry room (no A/C, very cramped), plus an outdoor shower located on the side of the house. One of the bedrooms has an “ensuite,” but it’s literally just a toilet in a closet. These separate elements do not add up to a second full bathroom, especially for a house advertised as sleeping 12–14 guests. Having only one true shower indoors created a daily bottleneck and was a major inconvenience.The house itself is dated and could use a refresh. While we were told we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning, we arrived to find chips under the living room table and sticky residue on top—disappointing to walk into a supposedly “clean” space. The bedrooms were decent, but the attic space was unbearable in the summer heat, even with air conditioners running.The host was communicative, which we appreciated, but ultimately, the issues with cleanliness and the lack of adequate bathroom facilities made this a poor fit for our group. We wouldn’t stay here again
