With only a 10 to 12 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip and the airport, it is located close enough for shows, dining and the glitter of Las Vegas, but far away enough to relax, unwind and enjoy your own mini tropical oasis. This home is spacious with over 1700 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with your own private pool and spa. The spa has 32 hydromassage jets that will relax you and up to 5 other adults after a long day, or evening out. The yard is fenced in and feels like a tropical paradise. It is conveniently located to McCarran airport with only 15 minute drive from the airport terminal to the front door. ** Garage parking and additional parking in front of the house. ****We are local owners so we are just a phone call away if anything arises or you have questions about the area.**** The Green Valley neighborhood has been voted one of the best neighborhoods for families, location and convenience year after year. You will enjoy mature landscaping, quiet streets convenience to everything you may need while visiting our beautiful city. With only a 5 minute drive to the upscale community of the Green Valley DISTRICT, you will find upscale dining, shopping and entertainment, grocery stores and movie theaters. This home boasts a peaceful décor with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with every utensil needed for cooking at home. There is an outdoor grill for that grill master in your group. The master bedroom is appointed with a new memory foam King bed, that will provide a perfect night's rest, even for the pickiest of sleepers. A private master bath with his/her sinks, shower, walk in closet and a new 32 inch flat screen TV. The house has been recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, paint, 12 inch tile floor throughout the main living areas, new A/C unit, new pool equipment, new linens and custom paint. This home will make you truly feel like you are at home away from home. The second guest room is appointed with a new queen size bed, dresser and flat screen TV. All linens are new, and professionally cleaned and changed after every guest. The third bedroom also has a new queen size bed that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the main living room with a latex memory mattress topper for additional comfort. All of the comforts of home await you at this special 'get away” including cable TV, High speed Internet, Netflix, Movie collection, Games for the family, Pack and Play for children, Full size W/D, DVD, and BBQ grill! Enjoy the privacy of your own solar heated sparkling pool and hot tub. Patio misters and a high powered out door fan will keep you cool on our hot summer days! The house was comfortable and relaxing. The backyard was well kept and beautiful. The pool guy was very helpful
and nice to talk to. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in this property the month of April. My favorite part was the outside pool area. Excellent loungers and sitting area with thick cushions. There were many beach towels. The owner turned the solar on for us as we wanted to enjoy the pool. My husband kept the leaves out of the pool with the net but someone came over regularly to check on the pool and do cleaning. The BBQ was great too. The house had everything needed for a great stay. When we contacted the owner, she responded promptly and was very helpful with questions we had about the area. Getting around the city was easy with all the parkways nearby. We did not have to take the busy freeways to get anywhere if we did not want to, although the freeways were close. Restaurants and groceries were not within walking distance but they were all within a short drive. We used Uber on several occasions and they had no problems getting to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The closets had enough hangers for both our wardrobes. Also robes were provided. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were walking trails within a short distance. Property was close to Sunset Station for gamblers. There was a mall in that same area with a Macy’s and JC Penney. Also we golfed at two courses in the immediate area. I would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks Susan for an excellent stay!

For the second year in a row, we spent 2 winter months at this rental. The location is perfect for us. Many easy to reach places to eat, shop, get groceries, gas and any type of entertainment you want. We met the owner and she is so easy to communicate with. We'll be back next year.

We have stayed at this property twice. We are very comfortable there. It has everything we need for a month's stay, including a kitchen well stalked with utensils and appliances. The beds are very comfortable. The location is quite convenient to shopping, restaurants, the airport, the freeways, walking trails, and parks, as well as The Strip, and the South Premium Outlet Mall. The owner is very responsive and hospitable. I felt safe in the neighborhood too.

Check in process was easy, great location close to many restaurants and stores, home was equipped with lots of towels for swimming in pool or bathing and lots of space and seating areas we were a family of 7. Got to meet owner who was very pleasant and always responded to my messages. Beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

We are sad that the bowling tournament we come out for every year will not be in Las Vegas for the next 2 years. We will definitely miss this wonderful home…. We will be back in 2024 if they will have us. Trust me book this house you won’t be sorry!!

It was so difficult to leave - we love this place and would have stayed on forever, but I'm sure others are enjoying also. We hit it right for great weather and the pool water warmed up accordingly. This home is close enough to all the "Vegas" activities, yet far away to be away from crowds. Short distance to any type of shopping, restaurants, fast food, etc. I was even able to do some thrift store shopping during our extended time this visit.
The neighborhood is quiet.
Also, anything you need is available in the home from cooking dishes, appliances, floaties for the pool and plenty of terry linen.
Also a nice garage for our vehicle.
The owner Susan is the best to work with, always quick to answer any questions, and helpful with anything needed.
We hope to return sooner than later.

Stayed 2 months to get away from cold winter weather. There were a couple of mechanical problems ( hot tub leaking and dryer that wouldn't heat) that were quickly handled by Susan. We enjoyed the location and all that the areas has to offer.

Top Notch rental home in Henderson.
This is a very roomy and comfortable home. Everything you need to feel at home is there. The location is very central to all amenities. The host was very hospitable. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a home away from home.

We really enjoyed this home and our stay there. The house has everything you need--all the cooking appliances and utensils you would need, a really good barbecue, movies, books, games, lots of bedding and a very comfortable master bed. The hot tub was great and well maintained. The house is decorated nicely and feels like home but not like "someone's home". The neighborhood is lovely. The host was very receptive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property for families or a group; there is lots of room!

The house was extremely clean, in a great location with a quiet neighbourhood. There was ample shopping, restaurants and anything you could ever need within a 10 minute drive. We used Uber to get around in the evenings and a trip to Fremont was around $25 depending on the time of the day and also how busy they were. Back to the house. Checking in was a breeze and the home felt very inviting with more than enough space for my wife and I. If there was anything we needed an answer from Susan on, she was very quick to respond and professional as always. The pool was an absolute delight and the hot tub was an added bonus. If you are travelling to Las Vegas and are torn on where to stay, skip the strip and book this property.

Just what we wanted
Everything was more than we needed from kitchen supplies, linen, comfort and close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and fun. The owner Susan was terrific. Huge wicked windstorm while we were there which reeked havoc on the pool, but she was on it the next morning immediately! We hope to be back....soon!

Loved it here this was my second stay at this property and the owner went above and beyond for certain things I needed and I was truly grateful. Everything was just as I remembered from my last stay with some new furniture and bedding as well. Everything was amazing and just what we needed so much that I already booked my next stay here.

The home was tastefully decorated & much more spacious than we thought it would be and was spotlessly clean. Two living room areas and a kitchen that had everything a family would need. The three bedrooms were very cozy with plenty of closet space, large dressers, luggage racks and large tv’s. The huge master bedroom was absolutely beautiful with its own en-suite. The backyard was paradise. A beautiful solar heated pool, lush landscaping with a very large jacuzzi. We had such a great time here and definitely want to rent this amazing home again. Also, the location couldn’t have been better. The District shopping Center was wonderful & about 8 minutes away. Excellent shops! The airport was 12-15 minutes. Susan, the owner, was very kind & accommodating leaving her number & telling is to call if we had questions or needed anything. We both highly recommend this home & hope to return soon!
