Good location in walking distance from a lot of interesting spots, Breakfast was very good. I loved their pillows! They were so comfortable and I slept so well on them.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, despite some having limited English.
This is a good-quality business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very small, as is typical in Japan, but they are well designed, comfortable, and functional.
The hotel also offers a very convenient luggage storage service, which made it easy for us to explore the city before check-in and after check-out.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Dotonbori within comfortable walking distance.
One thing to be aware of is the breakfast. It is a traditional Japanese breakfast with virtually no Western options available—not even bread. While this wasn't a problem for us, it's worth knowing in advance if you were expecting a more international selection.

This is a very functional hotel, located in the center of Shinsaibashi. Great location and close to the subway. There is a suitcase locker to use on the checkout day.
When booking the room, the booking system recommended us two single rooms for 4 people. Getting into the room, we've realized that this is a mission impossible to spend the night in such a tiny room, and the staff was able to upgrade the room to a bigger one, for an extra payment.
