Great location. Rooms have all you need. Basic but effective
It can seem like its a bit too small for some, but I think its an amazing deal for what you get. Small and simple but great location with everything you could need.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, with many convenience stores nearby. It's also near the subway station and shopping centers. Overall, it's excellent, and the room size is perfect for a single person, there’s plenty of space to move around even with the suitcase open

Position is super convenient. Very close to Dotombori, without being in the messy streets
First time it happens in my life, there was an automatic light in the room, very bright, that lighted up every time one moved. At night it kept turning on and we couldn’t sleep. Crazy enough, it was not possible to turn it off so it kept annoying us. On top, the heater was on top of the bed and either was not working properly or it was extremely hard to understand for a foreigner, so it was constantly too warm.
