About this house rental
Situated in Centerville, this attractive house for $496 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Relax in our spacious home in the perfect central Cape Cod location! A short bike ride or 4 minute drive to Craigville Beach. A BEACH PASS for Barnstable beaches is provided. OUTDOOR AREAS: our house is at the end of a short, private road - surrounded by trees. Half the road is paved & half is gravel. The expansive side patio has a fire pit, outdoor shower, and comfy lounge chairs. The deck overlooking the backyard is a perfect place for outdoor dining & sunning - or enjoy reading on the rocking chairs on the front porch. AMENITIES: fully equipped, our home has what you need! Gas grill, beach chairs & towels, lawn games, 4 bicycles - and more. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, crock pot, basic spices, sugar, flour, coffee, etc. FIRST FLOOR: this is the hub of your vacation home, with an open kitchen-dining-family room (with gas fireplace), as well as a separate living room, laundry and half bath. The dining table expands to seat 10. SECOND FLOOR: large Master Bedroom with a king bed and ensuite master bathroom; as well as 2 more queen bedrooms and a full guest bath. THIRD FLOOR: the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds – and loads of privacy. This room does not rent in the winter, as there is no heat. (Please note the first step of the stairs is open in this bedroom, so not recommended for young children.) BASEMENT: another large family room provides the perfect place for both adults or children - with TV, foosball, ping pong, DVDs & board games. PARKING: 3 cars can park in the driveway and 1 in the garage. LOCATION: Centerville offers the perfect central location to explore the Cape. Just minutes away you’ll find beaches, biking, freshwater lakes, whale watching, restaurants, shopping - & more! For day trips to Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, the ferries are only 10 minutes away in Hyannis. LOCAL ACTIVITIES: we are a short walk to the historic Four Seas Ice Cream and just a few minutes drive (or bike) to popular beaches such as the warm water south side beaches, Craigville & Dowses, and a 20 minute drive to the 6-mile long Sandy Neck Beach on the north side. Beautiful, comfortable house that had everything we needed for a great Cape vacation. Our party of 5 enjoyed the outdoor shower, used the grill, and appreciated the space this home provided. It’s about a 2 mile walk to Craigville Beach from the house and it is located in a beautiful secluded spot near a bog. Would highly recommend.

This was by far my best vacation rental experience. This includes my family’s experience as well. We loved the house and attention to details for every little thing. We felt at “home” throughout our stay. If and when we visit the Cape again I am definitely going to rebook this property. We were so impressed with the house, decor, comfort, and all the amenities in the house. We are also very grateful for Dawn’s proactive communication and overall generosity. Loved our stay!

Our family had a great time at this house. Comes complete with game room, great fire pit and relaxing areas. Great location to craigsville beach and Hyannis. Owner provided a lot of extras that made our stay most comfortable. Definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in this area.

The best review I can give is that we booked next year’s stay three days into this week’s stay. Dawn has everything you need ready to go for the week. Plenty of beach chairs, indoor and outdoor games, and all you would need to make your stay welcoming. The house is extremely clean and well stocked with towels and beach towels. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5-20 min drive. The best part was that Craigville beach was only 5 min away and not crowded at all any day of the week that we went. We can’t wait for our stay again next summer!

Wonderful House
This House was fantastic !!
Their were 6 adults and 2 children , we had more than enough space, and everything we needed, the owner( Dawn)keeps it well-stocked with cleaners ,paper towels and linens pretty much everything,
The house was immaculate, (my kinda clean )
Close to everything and the beaches just a few minutes away .

I cannot say enough about this amazing property. Dawn has gone so far above and beyond any other place we have rented to assure that guests are happy and comfortable. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you will need for a glorious Cape Cod vacation.

This is a spacious, comfortable, clean property. Dawn is a fabulous communicator, flexible with our arrival and checkout, and made us feel very welcome. From a well stocked pantry of spices to every kind of cooking pans,pots,dishes & appliances to bring out the best in your cooking skills. The basement was my nephews favorite part of the house as it had a ping pong table & Fuzzball table, as well as a large TV for movies & music. The open floor plan of the main floor allowed our family of six to be together or separate but part of the morning & evenings activity of eating and cooking. The bedrooms were very clean, spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. The garage was well stocked with all sorts of sporting items to enjoy weather going to the beach, bike ride, canoeing ,kayaking or just playing lawn games. The location was within minutes of 4 beaches we visited and also Hyannis for nighttime entertainment. First Rate Experience
This beautiful, well-kept and well-appointed home was the highlight of our vacation. You could not ask for a better VRBO experience. The location was peaceful and spacious. It made for the perfect family gathering place with the outdoor seating and the basement for the kids where they enjoyed foosball and ping pong. Dawn really thought of everything to make this such a welcoming and relaxing experience. She had many personal touches that made for a hospitable feeling, but without making you feel like you were intruding.
The sheets were super soft and beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate and parking was easy. We would welcome the chance to stay at this house again!

First of all, the house itself was immaculately clean and had many little extras that we greatly enjoyed. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked for those who enjoy cooking (even while on vacation). The master bath was spectacular and airy with a fantastic jetted tub and the beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable.
Second, there was plenty of outdoor privacy although we were only there a short time and did not really take advantage of all that the property had to offer. We mostly went off exploring the Cape (as this was our first time) and sightseeing the lighthouses and small towns. But it was a great house to come back to and unwind after driving around all day. Our two (older) kids also enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement.
Finally, the welcome packet/binder that Dawn created that explains everything, gives restaurant suggestions, and lists numerous activities to try was incredibly organized and wonderfully helpful to us (Thanks, Dawn). Overall, we were very satisfied staying here and will definitely be back.

Meticulously maintained, family friendly, and all around AMAZING!
From the communications prior to our arrival to our check-out we were blown away by the attention to detail and care that Dawn takes as an owner. She sent lists of activities geared towards interests I expressed, including "open dates for early season," left a binder of restaurants and trips, and even left a gift bag to make smores in the firepit! It felt like our family stayed in a beautiful home, fully loaded with activities, that just happened to have a concierge! I can not say enough good things about this experience and am now setup to be disappointed by all future vacation rental properties.

Wonderful stay!
The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with pretty much everything you could ever want - now even including a turkey pan, thanks to our host, Dawn! It's well located and very private. We like to go for nature walks and the location of the house made it an excellent base. Our children and grandchildren came for a long weekend and enjoyed the pingpong, games and kids movies. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We have been renting through VRBO for years and while we've had some excellent hosts, never have we encountered one as thoughtful and responsive as Dawn!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice. Craigville Beach is less than 2 miles away - just a quick ride. Dawn has thought of just about everything that you would need to cook a meal or to be comfortable in your room. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with. We all (3 generations) had a great vacation.

We loved it!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in July. Lovely home, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully appointed including special touches not found in many other rentals. Favorites mentioned by our family members: Extra blankets in every room. Soft towels! Roomy outdoor shower with roof, and raised floor so you are not standing in the water. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor gathering spaces. Room for yard games. Baskets in each bedroom included wifi connectivity info, water, nightlights and flashlights in case of power outages (there were none.) Rocking chairs on the front porch. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of parking, and garage storage for our bicycles. Best of all – Dawn was very welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries. We were so glad to be able to meet in person at the beginning of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
