If you are planning a party or event, our homes are not a good fit. We do not have parking or space for large gatherings and greatly value good relations with our neighbors. - Groups with pets. Several of our regular guests have severe allergies, so we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. - Groups where the principal renter is under 30 years old. The principal renter must be 30 years or older and present during the stay. - Groups that wish to smoke inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. - If you are a large group of unrelated singles, we may or may not be a good fit.
