Thoroughly enjoyable and a great place to stay and explore the island from.

Great location, close to the centre of Costa Teguise. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen equipment. It was quiet when we were there. Pool area was very clean. I swam most days.

The sofa is not very comfy. It would have been helpful to have had some cleaning supplies for the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet brush was disgusting so I did actually soak that in bleach!

We have stayed at the complex before. Fantastic central location within easy reach of beaches, bars and restaurants.

Spacious living area, Wi-Fi and multinational TV. Balcony gets the sun all day!!

Easy check In and check out. Good facilities in the apartment, lovely balcony that got the sun pretty much all day. Central location yet quite.

The balcony had table and chairs, could also fit a couple of sunbeds which would have been great.

Great location, clean, modern apartment. Balcony had the sun all day. Pool bar was good for drinks and food with very friendly staff. This apartment is ideal if you want to be central and have everything around you...it was perfect!

A lovey apartment and a great location

The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well equipped Towels and cleaning/washing up equipment also provided. The balcony is pleasant and sunny all afternoon and early evening. it is close to the sea and to the town centre with its many shops and restaurants

We loved it overall but The bedroom was very warm at night and would benefit from a fan or air conditioning unit. It is on the second floor so for able bodied people only.

Everything this truly is a fab Apartment..

Apartment was great only downside was the Apartment opposite thought it was appropriate to clean his apartment in just a tee-shirt and everything else hanging free 🙄...My wife found this very offensive a simple screen on the balcony would easily solve this issue as the balcony is very open to the apartments opposite...

Superb

Great location, quiet relaxed apartment complex. The balcony is sheltered and had sunshine for the entire day. The host was very responsive and they thought of everything that was needed in the apartment. Thank you very much to Beatrice.

Mattress and pillows could be upgraded to a higher quality. We were notified that the owner and engineer would call to the apartment. We vacated the apartment to facilitate this visit however the days were mixed up and they arrived the following day unannounced.

unfortunatly corona virus hit and we went into lanzarote lockdown, up until then the holiday was lov

the apartment was close to all facilities in the resort, beach, restaurants, bars and shops. it was modern and well presented and had some good facilities included, the bed was comfy lots of towels provided nice airy room and lovely balcony.

this is the first time i have stayed in an apartment that did not provide a cleaning service while i was there, also there were no cleaning materials provided so i couldn't clean the room without going out to buy anything. there is a large rug in the living room that was dirty and there was no way to clean this. no safe was provided in the apartment and the rooms could have benefited from a dressing table/mirror area. we were not informed that building work was taking place in the communal pool area and around the other balconies. the host was available to be contacted by wats app but we never met face to face which takes away the personal touch. also while we were in the apartment the host contacted me twice asking to leave my keys in the lock box so that an engineer could gain access to the property, in hindsight i realise that i shouldn't have done this as all my possessions where there and the host did not accompany the engineer into the property.
