Un lujo de apartamento

El apartamento es maravilloso. Muy espacioso para las 8 personas que íbamos. La localización es perfecta, a un paso de la Giralda. El sistema de apertura de las puertas está muy bien para un grupo amplio. Totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Sevilla, repetiremos.

Excellent location

Lovely apartment in the heart of the old town near the cathedral.

The bathroom was inside the bedroom in an ensuite so not ideal for a group of friends sharing.

Herşeyi ile tamam bir konaklama idi bizim için daha kalabalık gruplar 6-7 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir .araba park yeri de otelden kiraladık fakat araba tavsiye etmem çok sıkışık dar çıkmak girmek zor bir tek şehrin göbeğinde olması gürültü gece seni daha geç saatlere uyku uyayabilmeye zorluyor

Que hay un baño por cada habitación y está muy bien ubicado. También que las camas eran muy cómodas y las habitaciones eran muy grandes. Además tenía muy buenas vistas desde la terraza de la última planta.

Que la estancia fue muy corta y que en una de las habitaciones las lámparas no tenían bombilla 💡.

Sevilla is super. Sevilla Football was terrible, pity Ramos.

El apartamento está genial, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Muy bien situado en pleno centro de Sevilla Felicitar al servicio de asistencia, tuvimos que pedirles ayuda un par de veces y te contestan rápido, de forma muy amable y además te solucionan tu problema rápidamente

Por poner una pega, tiene unos ventanales, con unas cortinas claras, que por la noche no evitan que entre la luz de fuera. Pero para nosotros, la verdad que, no fue un problema

Appartamento di lusso

Posto centralissimo a 2 minuti dalla cattedrale. Servizio deposito bagagli in autonomia. Check in in autonomia. Sembrava di stare a casa con tutti i comfort domestici.

Lavandino senza uno spazio per appoggiare il beauty case.

Superb

Clean, spacious and modern apartments right in the middle of the action. Loved that it was soundproofed, the details of the snacks at arrival and super comfortable beds.

The rooftop pool was crowded and small but it has fantastic views to the city. The AC took a long time to get the room to the desired temperature but it was an exceptionally hot day.

Excellent amenities. e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchens ware, coffee maker, tea and coffee and potato chips bonus :) Staff very friendly.. they answer all of my questions fast. Don’t waist your money

The location is great

We rent the apartment 01 when we arrive the apartment smell like excrement we call them immediately end we had to wait until the next day for them and check the plumbing they only spray air spray . The pluming is old and the apartment was full of mosquito . Don’t wait at your money we pay 300 euro for 2 days of nightmare we ask for money back , they told us the pipes are old . Lol like is my problem I will give them 0 in rating

Amazing apartment in middle of city centre!

Great location (middle of Sevilla), super clean apartment, enough rooms. Everything is taken care off facility wise, loved this apartment.

Narrow streets of Sevilla are difficult to navigate with a bigger car (station wagen). The parking is also very small; therefore we decided to park our car at Plaza Nueva.

Avoid this company at all costs

The location was central

Worst accommodation experience I have had - we did not actually get to stay in Molina, at the last minute just before we arrived we were moved to 'Jondo' which is nearby. The move was unavoidable as a guest in Molina was apparently taken ill but the two buildings are completely different, and Jondo is simply not what we paid for. This is where we learned that Numa are horrendous to deal with - make sure to read the Trustpilot reviews of Numa, particularly the poor person who was locked out of their own room for hours and hours because their door codes stopped working and there was no one there to help, they are an appalling company to deal with. Customer service is more interested in arguing with you than listening to you and spent the next 24 hours telling us the two buildings are the same despite the evidence of our own eyes and therefore not offering any discount or partial refund on the premium price we had paid for Molina was justified. I lost count of the number of times Numa attempted to guilt trip us or suggest that we should actually be grateful because the apartment we had been given was actually a few sq feet bigger. They were also obsessed with pointing out we could have cancelled despite them making the change on the day hours before we arrived. The truth is we had paid for a premium night for the last day of our holiday and ended up in a dark building without the amenities we had paid for - if you don't get what you paid for the only right course of action is to put that right in some way. Numa offered us nothing but denial and gaslighting.
