Excellent location in the heart of Seville, but once in the apartment it was very quiet. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Air conditioning throughout kept the apartment a comfortable temperature. Great to have a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and pods. The apartment was well equipped with washing up liquid, laundry & dishwasher tablets and shower gel etc in all 3 bathrooms. Lovely roof top terrace with seating and amazing views definitely a lovely place to have a cocktail to watch the sunset.
Lift not working. And drinking glasses needed re stocking.

Very clean. Very central to all the bars and restaurants. Great roof top. Can store luggage in lockers after you’ve checked out

We were disappointed with the value for money based on the facilities and service.
The apartment was comfortable and largely quiet during the night.
Cleaning is not included during the stay and, given the higher cost, this seemed an oversight. We also saw cleaners most days in the communal areas.
The other disadvantage based on the cost, was that the studio didn't have any external windows. The room did face into the internal courtyard which was nice. However, when there was noise from other guests, which there was often while we were there, it echoed around the courtyard and into our apartment. For privacy, we also had to keep the curtains to the courtyard shut, as it is quite overlooked.
Overall, we were disappointed given the higher cost compared to similar apartments available. The roof terrace has great views but didn't feel well maintained and the pool area was small and often taken up by families in the larger apartments so we didn't feel we could use that space.
I think this accommodation is better suited to families and larger groups than couples.
