The location is absolutely exceptional! Right next to the main attractions, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
It was absolutely perfect for our family of five. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I highly recommend this place, and if we ever return to Seville, we would definitely stay here again.
One important tip: Since the apartment is located in the historic city center, only taxis are allowed to drive directly to the entrance. Keep this in mind when planning your arrival, especially if you’re traveling with luggage.

Location, size
The property was fine, but the business model does not seat well with me at all. It’s a business entirely managed from abroad with pretty much zero positive impact to the local community. It sounds likely that not a single employee is Spanish (at best, the cleaner might be), meaning it is likely a predatory tourist rental, pricing out locals and giving zero (or very little) back to the community. At least in big hotels the entire workforce in the building is local. That also means the support is at best dubious. You are obliged to send a scanned copy of your passport/ID card to access the accommodation, entirely against police advice (under no circumstances you should allow anybody to scan your Id in Spain AND they should not deny you access to your holiday accommodation if you refuse). Turns out it was either scanning our passports or finding somewhere else to stay, meaning their checking system is borderline illegal in Spain.
The property says it has parking, turns out it’s at an extra 30€ charge. Also it is dubious whether you could access the parking legally as it is in an area of restricted traffic. Knowing Seville and the fact that special permits are required, we didn’t risk it and ended up parking elsewhere. We couldn’t figure this out as the location of the parking was not disclosed until AFTER paying for it, so we ended up paying for parking twice.
It didn’t help that we booked this property in Spain from Spain, yet not a single person we spoke to even pretended to be in Spain or speak Spanish, reinforcing the fact that the business is likely the predatory type that is making locals all over Spain hate tourists. Tourism has been an important source of income for local communities, and eliminating pretty much entirely local employment opportunities is just not right. It is a shame, as the business is probably not even aware how unethical and predatory their approach is.
