About this bed and breakfast
This cozy Watercolor carriage house, quietly tucked in beside the main house, is a short walk/bike ride to Watercolor’s pools, lake, bike trails and gulf (5 min walk to Camp Watercolor, 20 min walk to beach). This beautifully appointed carriage house lets you take in all that Watercolor has to offer. It is a 4 person rental. The perfect retreat for a couple looking to get away, fits the needs of friends on a get-a-way, or a small family. The full kitchen is ideal for quick meals with a stove-top, oven and extra counter space and has a full-sized fridge, sink and microwave. The full bathroom includes a shower, tub and large sink area. The carriage house is on a quiet corner in Phase II and overlooks a beautiful pond (great for fishing!). We are steps away from Camp Watercolor, Publix & Pizza by the Sea. HOME HIGHLIGHTS: - Free WiFi - This property comes with 1 dedicated parking spot. Additional parking can be found throughout the community. - ALL linens laundered upon every checkout. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4) - Guest Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds, Full Futon - Living Area: Queen Bed - 1 Shared Bathroom This carriage house does not have a washer or dryer. 3 night minimum Golf Cart Rentals: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bike Rentals are available through 30A Bike Rentals, Big Daddy’s bike shop & Watercolor Resort , Seaside Transit Authority and Shoreline Beach Services. Watercolor Beach Club - offering two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Camp WaterColor (just 2 blocks away!) includes 3 total pools, a lazy river, and food & beverage service. ** We will provide guest passes (bracelets) upon your arrival that will provide access to all the Watercolor amenities (pools, lazy river, beach club, beach, etc.). ALL GUESTS over 5 years old will need a bracelet to access Watercolor amenities. If you would like to rent chairs and umbrellas through Watercolor, you can visit the Watercolor website to reserve.

This is our 2nd time to stay at the carriage house. We love this place! It is the perfect size, so clean, has everything you need for a beach getaway. Bianca is so quick to respond and very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to Camp Watercolor! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I just got back from our trip. The carriage house is amazing! It was perfect for my husband and I. We will be bringing our two kids next time to enjoy the bunk beds. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor. Bianca, was so responsive throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back!

This place is perfect for a small family to visit watercolor without paying the high prices of a house! It worked great for our family of 4. However, there were a few things that would have been helpful to know ahead of time and a few things that could easily be fixed.
No Hand / dish towel in kitchen
Coffee pot is miniature- makes only 4 cups
Cutlery is a mess, and probably not enough stuff to do much cooking beyond scrambled eggs. So if you’re going to do much cooking, you’d need to bring some things of your own.
Ice maker is a very loud and is on the same room as bed, so it has to be turned off at night.
Not enough plates and bowls for more than four people or one meal - no dishwasher so hand wash only.
Refrigerator and stove not wiped down
Strong bad odor in under-sink cabinet; trap smells funny and no disposal…smells continued to leach out during trip. Each entry you were hit with the off smell. The owner graciously explained this was because of Florida water, but because the sink is in the main sleeping area, this was off putting.
Back porch wasn’t clean - dirty napkins on the porch upon arrival.
No dish rag or scrub brush to do dishes
Overall, we’d come back to this spot for sure! It was perfect for our family but needs a few fixes to really feel comfortable and relaxing.

Very cute apartment with just enough space for our family of four (two adults, an infant, and a small child). Excellent air conditioning and all appliances worked well. We especially loved the spacious tub/shower. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor which was a lot of fun for the kids. Also not too far to walk to the little shopping area with restaurants and the beach. Owner was SO responsive throughout our stay and in preparation before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and beautiful cottage! It was just like the description. The area and house were SO peaceful and so perfect for me, my husband and our two girls. My girls loved the bunk beds and it was so quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay here! The host was always so responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Nice carriage house and in a good location. It's hard to tell the next stair from the other when walking down so recommend taping/painting a strip in the top end to keep from falling/tripping. The A/C unit is noisy when it comes on and tended to wake us up at night.

The carriage house was simple and perfect for the 2 of us. We rented bikes and traveled by bike everywhere. The only thing that could have been better is that the place had ‘real’ tv/cable. Even when I travel I like to turn on the news to see what’s happening in our world even while away on vacay. Good price/quiet location/no problems at all. The property manager person, Bianca, was super accommodating which made things even better!

We absolutely loved staying in this carriage house! Location is so convenient to everything. We spent lots of time at the Beach Club, at Camp WaterColor and on the beach. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We cannot wait to stay again!

Watercolor is gorgeous, perfect for bike rides or walks! My 2 daughters loved Camp Watercolor pools and the Beach Club pool, beach access and excellent food! The carriage house was just the right size for the 3 of us and the outdoor warm shower was great to rinse all the sand and salt.

A few things to note: there isn’t a dishwasher or washer/dryer and if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring some disposable plates/utensils/baking pans. The kitchen is stocked but only with a few of each item & it will keep you from constantly hand washing dishes. We hope to come back again soon!

We had a great time. The pools and beach were awesome! My only complaint is the crowds. Hard to park at the pools and beaches. Takes a while for food at restaurants. It was Memorial Day weekend though.

Perfect for weekend getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the carriage house at Watercolor. The proximity to the beach is really nice, and access to the community amenities is a major plus. The host was fantastic and responded to questions quickly and kindly.
