About this house rental
Nestled in Prescott Valley, this lovely house for $169 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home is also loaded with Grapes. If you are looking to rent days that are blocked please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage. Great getaway home for your family.

The home was clean .. the owner very nice.. great back yard.. there where vine grapes..apples..real grass..fenced in and kept clean.. very enjoyable experience

It was my wife’s 65th birthday and wanted to beat the heat in Phoenix and head to the Prescott area. House was nice and as advertised. We had our Frenchie pups and this house’s back yard was perfect for them. It was well appointed and well maintained for its age (90’s). It’s a10 mile drive to Prescott but there is a back road which avoids the main hi-way. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Adorable spacious home with a very comfortable Master bedroom and Guest room. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, eating meals outside and playing with our dog on the grass in the cooler air. The kitchen is also very nice.
The futon in the room off of the kitchen is not comfortable or big enough for 2 adults if you needed to use it that way. Also, we were shy on blankets but everything else was stocked well. The faucets in the kitchen and guest shower could use some maintenance. We enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home inside and out. Visiting our daughter and needed a place close to her home. Comfortable, close and big enough for a family dinner. Definitely would or will stay there again. Donna is a very caring host!

Everything you could want and more comes with this rental. Open living area with kitchen and dining room right there. Two conversation areas outside to relax, a fire pit and hot tub to relax in the evening.

A few things
There were a few things that needed repaired like the kitchen sink handle. Lots of roaches at night on exterior of home. Should have home exterminated. Couldn’t enjoy the backyard at night because of the bugs

Neighborhood was very nice and people in the neighborhood were friendly and waved to us and many restaurants nearby. There were a lot of television channel options which helped occupy our time when it was raining.
There were a couple things that were not as advertised. We were not allowed to use the garage, nor the closet in the master bedroom. Doors were locked. We were asked to do the laundry but the laundry soap was empty. I had brought a few pods and was able to do the towels and sheets. Garbage can was full from prior guests so we had to collect our garbage in the yard which was challenging with our dog to keep her out of it. The kitchen faucet leaked and was hard to get the hot water.

Quiet charming away from city, but...
Peaceful, old neighborhood, home unique w/lush landscaped grass, both in front and back. Great yard for children, pet, rest; nearby food, drugstore, etc. We used coffee pot, did not use stove, bbq, firepit- was filled to grate with cardboard,paper/plastic to burn, nor did we use hot tub. Inside home is very clean and charming. Aged screen doors handles do not close/lock. Dark street, need a flashlight, no sidewalks. Left personal note for owner about outside bugs but no reply-2 weeks. Street has sewer roaches-not inside home, but unfortunately sprinklers for grass probably move them from exterior ground up front & back doors and walls; a shock greeting coming or going out after dark. Not sure if there is a spray service, but definitely need some bug spray can. We followed instructions, picked up after dog,, pulled can up from curb, threw out trash, removed all sheets-started washed and dried one set, wiped counters, started dishwasher. Quiet and nice home to get away from busy Prescott.

The house was better than pictured; the backyard was gorgeous, and very inviting for a nice chat with friends ( no visitors on this trip, however.). The pride of ownership was evident throughout the house.Will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Relaxing Getaway
We greatly enjoyed being able to relax in the beautiful backyard. The firepit was a wonderful bonus on the chilly nights. The location was perfect and very peaceful and quiet.

While in Prescott we drove to Watson Lake, attended the PBR rodeo and went for a drive to Jerome. Donna's house was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Excellent location for a family
We stayed here for 4 nights and found the home very comfy for our family. Though we don’t have small kids there were toys available for them which was nice. The yard was the best part for us. Ample outdoor comfortable seating, BBQ and hot tub. Large grass area for our dogs to play as well. Overall we would stay again. Only thing is there’s no cable so bright a device for the TV like a fire stick and you’ll be fine.

Beautiful home and 5 star owner
We would recommend this home highly, although we were unable to enjoy its qualities due to being struck down and hospitalized shortly after arriving. However, we do have to thank the owner, Donna and her daughter, who probably saved both our lives with how they stepped in and helped in getting us to the hospital, taking care of our dog and even buying some groceries for when we got discharged. That kindness and caring rates this property *******.

Donna’s decorations made our holiday stay festive. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Could use a Roku or Firestick for the living room (forgot ours). Our dog loved the fenced in yard. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
