Home was lovely, clean, and very well equipped. A few friends and I stayed here as we raced the Spiritworld 100. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This is a very livable, comfortable property. We had no trouble finding it and were impressed with the size of the yard. If you like to bird, there are a number of species on the property and the creek is a short walk away. You will enjoy the sunsets as well.
Inside, there are two living areas; one is very spacious. The dining area is also more than adequate and the bedrooms met our needs too. The owners have done a good job of supplying just about everything. There are a number of extra towels and throws for example and the kitchen is well equipped with just about everything you need if you want to cook. The washer and dryer are both large and it's really convenient to have them on-site.
Should we return to Patagonia, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house is the perfect home base for staging day rides and overnights when bike camping. The manager is local and quick to respond to queries. The small downtown of Patagonia has a few restaurants, bars, and two grocery stores.

Nice little town. Great birding. House was well equipped and comfortable. Great views. It was cold weather and we hunkered into the living room and kitchen where it was warm. Good lighting but not very good for reading comfortably. We would return happily.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roadrunner Retreat in Patagonia, AZ. The house was large and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet as could be. Beautiful view of the stars at night. It was only a few blocks from downtown Patagonia and close to the Hummingbird Center. A very central location. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided us with a guide book of every single detail we may need.

Came to Patagonia for birding with a friend. This house was exactly what we needed. Great location, views were amazing from every angle, lots of space and well equipped. Comfortable furnishings, lovely patio. Highly recommend.

We found the home to be very comfortable. The back patio area was nice for watching hummingbirds. We loved visiting Payton’s Hummingbird Center, and we visited Madera Canyon for more amazing birding. Brick oven pizza at Dos Cabezas WineWorks in Sonoita was a hit.

Very well equipped kitchen, nice outside patio, large Arizona room, friendly neighbors, close to town but quiet setting, very detailed info from owner. Elevation is 4000 feet so be advised it gets cool at night and takes some time to warm up during winter and spring months. Great location for access to other areas of interest, too.

This house has a lot a nice, big addition with lots of couches and seating. Directions and access info were helpful and the owner responded to my questions quickly.

The most beautiful place we’ve stayed. Everything you could ever want and more. My sister said she felt like she was in Robert Redfords home! We absolutely loved it! Gorgeous views and great location! Neighbors were so friendly too.

This house is very well appointed! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. We made good use of the cooler chest. The seating is comfortable & there are a lot of chairs & couches available. At first I was afraid the individual room heaters were not going to be enough but in the middle of the 1st night covers were thrown off as they do provide plenty of warmth & do not take long to warm it back up after you return from an adventure. We will definitely consider renting again should we be in Patagonia.

My friend and I had a wonderful 3 day stay in lovely Patagonia. We enjoyed Arizona Room where we could view sunset and sunrise! We liked having 2 full bedrooms and baths. The only reason I was disappointed was that I went there to enjoy birds on patio and the feeders weren’t maintained. However I expressed my feelings to host and she rectified it right away. Linda was very responsive during my booking process. She always answered any question I had quickly. The house is close to small town of Patagonia but up on a little hill, looking toward the mountains. There is construction going on higher up the hill but it didn’t bother us. I would recommend this property and definitely stay there again!

House was clean and very centrally located to Patagonia. We had a nice weekend. Linda and Paula were very responsive

The pluses were: 1) Owner very considerate: allowed us to check in an hour early, 2) Owner had my back when I locked myself out, 3) Beds were comfortable, 4) Floors were clean, 5) Nice and cool inside! Room for improvement: 1) Toilet paper not provided, 2) Master bedroom bed not made up. Had to search for linens, 3) No bath soap, 4) Bath tub and mat in second bath not clean, especially the moldy rubber bath mat.

My husband and I escaped to Patagonia for his birthday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Roadrunner Retreat. The house has a closed in Arizona room which makes the house feel huge! The location is just around the corner from the few shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.
We cooked one dinner in and enjoyed having everything we needed to make a nice birthday meal. We also spent an afternoon doing one of the puzzles provided, and played Cribbage all night during happy hour which was also provided!
The neighbors were so friendly, as were all the residents of Patagonia. My husband is already talking about wanting to go back!

We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return! Many great appointments and very spacious. The "self-catering" concept needs a bit of tweaking. We were unable to use the back sliding door, needing to walk around the side yard, but owner is said to be addressing the matter.

Roadrunner Retreat is a clean, comfortable, roomy home. The rooms are large, the outdoor space is serene and its amenities inside and out make for a peaceful, relaxing stay. And, to top it off, it's close to town. I hope to stay again next time we are in the area.

The house was larger than expected and very attractive. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking pots, etc. It stayed quite cool inside on hot days.

Nice location and house was as advertised. We would stay there again.
