This is a very livable, comfortable property. We had no trouble finding it and were impressed with the size of the yard. If you like to bird, there are a number of species on the property and the creek is a short walk away. You will enjoy the sunsets as well. Inside, there are two living areas; one is very spacious. The dining area is also more than adequate and the bedrooms met our needs too. The owners have done a good job of supplying just about everything. There are a number of extra towels and throws for example and the kitchen is well equipped with just about everything you need if you want to cook. The washer and dryer are both large and it's really convenient to have them on-site. Should we return to Patagonia, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house is the perfect home base for staging day rides and overnights when bike camping. The manager is local and quick to respond to queries. The small downtown of Patagonia has a few restaurants, bars, and two grocery stores.
