About this apartment rental
Our condo is a Saturday to Saturday rental with a 7 day minimum. Located on the sixth floor of the fabulously maintained Sand Castle 1 building in Indian Shores, this re-modeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is completely furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Watch the spectacular sunsets while sitting in the living room,lying on the king-size bed or sitting on the balcony. You can also watch the sunrise over the inter-coastal waterway from the second and third bedrooms. This Gulf front unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids while sitting on the balcony. Welcome to paradise! Note that a $250 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be returned shortly after check-out once the condo has been inspected by the cleaning staff.

Beautiful Condo right on the gulf. The sunsets were spectacular. Lots of great restaurants very close. Condo itself is nicely furnished and equipped with anything you would need to cook. Any info about workings in condo very well communicated. Would rent again if we come to this area again.đ¤

Overall, condo kept very well! Very clean! Proximity to all things âbeachâ including not only beach front access, but seafood restaurants galore! Craby Bills, PJâs Oyster House, just to name a few with Caddyâs just across the street! Amenities in abundance making our stay very easy and inclusive to meet pretty much all our wants/needs to have a great family beach vacation! Highly recommend! Only drawback is parking if/when need more than a couple of spots (1-âdesignatedâ with multiple âguestâ slots, just limited). Plan ahead for parking arrangements if need more than 2 or 3 slots.

This condo was perfect. Immaculate and very, very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and we made cookies, paella, baked chicken, and margaritas. Dishwasher was more than adequate and so were the washer and dryer. Both bathrooms were spotless, convenient, and roomy. We used the owner's (Mr. Dino) beach closet on the deck and it was fully supplied with boogie boards, beach chairs, pails, crab nets, beach shovels, and umbrellas. We dried our wet suits on the clothesline provided on the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets in the lounge chairs. We ate several meals on the balcony table. The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens and comforters. It was chilly while there and we used the provided super soft plush throws. The furniture was plenty and the flat screens were easily marked with instructions and remotes. We returned to our state happy, rested, and ready to return again. Thank you! ;)

Jaco Bay condos are the perfect place to stay in Jaco. The setting is gorgeous yet close enough to walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more⌠pool noodles, beach towels, chairs for the beach, plus a terrific water filter system so we didnât feel the need to buy bottled water. Weâd definitely stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels were a nice touch. Comfy beds with extra blankets and fans in every room. Lovely vacation.

The condo was clean and the listing was accurate. The kitchen provided many utensils and pans needed for the week. The pool size is great!

This was a perfect spot for a family gathering. While we had abnormal temps for Christmas, the cold did did not phase our celebration.
Wonderful to be right on the beachâŚwe enjoyed it from the balcony and we enjoyed walking in the sand,
Unit was very well equippedâŚ.especially the kitchen. Wonderful to have a washing machine too.

This was probably the cleanest condo, ever. There were a lot of instruction on how to work thinks which I was impressed, especially the TV remotes( that was great). Dino made sure I could contact him by text or e-mail. Except for the extreme heat, we had a great time in a great condo.

The condo was awesome. Perfect for our family of 6 adults. The fact that there were beach towels/chairs/toys was an added bonus. We loved the salt water pool (no burning eyes)!
Dino was a great host keeping in touch from the time we rented to the time we checked out. He even let us know the condo was ready early.
My one and only complaint which is extremely minor is that in the master only one side of the bed had an outlet. And in the living room only one chair was close to an outlet. This was a minor inconvenience for phone charging.

Loved it.
Gorgeous view and great place to stay. Had everything we needed, including stuff for the beach which is crucial for someone that canât bring their own stuff. Manager was easy to get a hold of and quick with a response.

Wonderful place wonderful views
Our family had a wonderful time! The weather was perfect, the ocean was so calm and just steps away from the condo! More than enough room for all of us, we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening looking over what shells we found. We mostly ate in at the condo but did order from across the street for dinner and it was delicious! Was nice to have everything you needed, stores and restaurants are so close and it was so easy to get around! We spent the day in clearwater & one day in st pete, took the kids to the zoo as well, and just relaxed on the beach đ just wish we would have stayed longer! Dino was great host!

Beach Trip
Pros- Location, we have stayed at various condos in Sand Castle I and love the location. The condo was very clean and well stocked as advertised. I also liked that there were 5 beds so each person in our family had their own bed.
Cons- We had to make several trips to buy items that we normally have been provided in previous rentals. There were no paper towels or napkins, no laundry soap. This wasnât major but definitely an inconvenience. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull.
Overall, we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much in Indian Shores at Sandcastle 1.

The beds and furniture was very comfortable. The view is incredible and there is so much to do in the area and wonderful Restaurants. We were very happy with our experience in IRB. The condo is in a great location for my family. We had dolphins and manatees swim through several times. This is a good location for a low-key quite part of the beach. Not a spring break party area, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Condo had everything one might need to enjoy a stay right on the beach. The only down side was tight parking for our big bus of a Yukon XL, but overall great stay! Highly recommend this unit.

Great stay in a beautiful place
Indian Shores is literally gorgeous! Shells weren't great this visit like in the past,, but that happens. We love the Sandcastle Condo group. Beautiful, comfortable condos. Convenient to everything. Dino is great to work with. Would definitely book this condo again!

Master bed was super comfortable! Dino was very communicative and responsive throughout our booking and stay...a gracious host! The issue with check-in was there were only 2 elevators and a few luggage carts. We had to find and wait for a cart, followed by waiting in line for the elevator. It took about an hour and a half just to get our luggage upstairs (6th floor). This was super inconvenient with 4 kids in tow. It seemed everyone was checking in at the same time, despite an early check in (3pm). Checking out was not an issue at all. Despite that, we would love to return next year!
