Nice area and pleasant stay in private room.

There was a lovely balcony and kitchen area so you could cook. I stayed in a private room which was a nice little space.

It felt like the toilet, washroom and kitchen were never cleaned. There is no sound proofing so you can hear everything. Some walls are not proper walls and just dividers to make more rooms.

非常差，卫生差，一整夜都很痒，床单被套都不干净，洗澡间也非常臭，这个价钱完全不配，早上我还发现房东不换被套和枕头套，仅仅是把隔壁床客人留下的脏床单重新放在地上折叠后放到另一张床，伪装成清洗过的，非常离谱。我从来没有遇到过这么脏的住宿，当房东当着我的面这样做的时候，我拍下了证据，这让我感到非常震惊，他显然毫不顾忌

good value for money and good location

The owners are friendly and easy to talk to. Bathrooms are clean and there is a kitchen and laundry machine available. The best thing was the good bakery nearby, you should check it out. Also there are good walking areas around the small lakes nearby, which are a bit calmer than the rest of the city.

Let's say it does the job: you have a bed where to sleep (at least for me, another couple of people came at the same time as me and even if they booked a private room, the owner didn't got the room they booked).

Well, they don't change the bed sheets. When I came, the owner just remade the bed in front of me, folding the blanket from the previous person who had slept here, and patted the bed just to smooth it out. The toilets are ok, but not that clean.

Nice staff. Cheap rooms. Clean. Cozy. Next to the beach. Quiet. I enjoyed it for 1 night

Sand was falling from the seccond floor on my bed. Curtain was almost invisible and everybody could take a look in my room.

Good for the price and to get in contact with locals

The house is well decorated and it's comfortable; The location is good if you like to stay in a local neighborhood but still easy to get to the touristic area; It's possible to wash clothes and cook for free; 300k VND/night double room it's cheap in comparison with the prices that we saw in Hanoi

The mattress was hard; The owner was fine but not really helpful and was always asking for payment since our arrival;

nice location, mid audience and facilities

well located for those who want to escape the busy old quarter polite and nice owner free bike parking

the sheets and blankets had no covers, even if they are washed it is still a weird feeling the bathroom was smelly during my whole stay audience in this place seems to be long time stayers, no backpackers or community area to socialize

Good for a couple of nights. Keep in mind it's a homestay, not a hotel where you could have more privacy. Location is great.

Pleasant

the location was nice. Nice balcony and washing machine. the host was nice.

there was a gap above the door so you could hear everything that was happening outside your room. unfortunately for us our neighbours we not so considerate and we were woken up super early both mornings we were there. There were two beds in the room, one with an ok mattress and the other was like a wooden table.

Very good place, with private room options

Host is friendly but knows not to be over interactive or nosy, polite and always good morning and how are you but gives you good space, also has a kitchen area where you can cook food which is useful. There is also ample motorbike parking and they lock the gate at midnight so it is very secure. Stayed here for a week and had no problems

Private rooms don't have a floor to ceiling wall so they are not soundproof

The staff were helpful and accomodating. Nice restaurant and bar area good laundry service.

Pillow was a bit flat. WiFi was a bit iffy.

just beautiful place , bungalow life , beautiful hosts and family , stayed two nights , great price , even had a wee workout with dads weights , make the gains while you can .

Kitchen available, free laundry if we stay more than 2 nights and a nice balcony There's a cute park close from it and it's quite quiet In the bed there's a locker and a small table (+outlets and light)

Best stay in whole of 30 days Vietnam trip.

This is the only hostel I've stayed so far that has a proper kitchen, refregerator and a washing machine at no extra cost. I absolutely loved it!

I wish they'll soon upgrade their washroom which is fine though as of now but in coming time it might need an upgrade.

The worst experience in vietnam!

Nothing!

I sent me a message at 21:45pm for canceling my bed. I saw the message when i was in the hostel. When i spoke with them, they didn't help me!

Expectation exceeded. Quite satisfactory.

There was no breakfast available, but the bakery next door was lovely and the freshly-baked goods' aroma was very alluring.

The bed creaked a lot so I was afraid that it could wake my dormmates up. Couldn't have a proper sleep the second day because I was so conscious.

Wonderful homestay, I will comeback

Great with me, Homestay at center of HN, so easy move everywhere. Owner very funny, nice kind. Bed clean, safe, special I can keep my luggage in safety box under bed. I dont belive I can stay nice place with cheap price, only 2 breakfast price. I will comeback. Thanks
