Great location and great price!

Very clean and comfortable property! The location was perfect! The parking process was easy with a kiosk available for parking passes! Will be booking again in the future!

The furniture is a little outdated and the balcony was closed at the time of our stay due to construction.

Not what I expected. In a bad way.

Location and Condo itself was comfortable and great. The view from the balcony was amazing. The sunset from the balcony was gorgeous.

I work for the US Post Office and I hardly get any day off. I came down to Panama with my family to get away from work which I was able to do. What I wasn't able to do was relax in peace. Day 1 was a nightmare. The code I received for the gate was the wrong code. I tried contacting the staff and when I was finally able to get in touch with them they had the worst attitude ever about helping me. "The email I received had everything I needed" No it didn't. I never even received the email to purchase the parking passes for the parking garage. Skip to day 3. I was contacted by a Vacasa employee telling me that an appraiser was coming to take photos of the condo. All of our things were up there and I'm down here on vacation. I shouldn't have to worry about someone random showing up into the condo. I waited all day for this guy to show up and he never showed. Day 4 comes around.. I receive a phone call from a guy who says he's with maintenance and that I reported a leak??? I never reported a leak. I told him there was no leak and I didn't report that and to please choose a different day to come out here because I had already rented it for the week. He told me he wasn't going to come by and that it'd be okay. He showed up anyways and insisted on taking photos. I wish I could say I'd be staying here again but the customer service was terrible. I enjoyed the condo itself but the huge inconveniences that I experienced was not okay.

Loved the condo. Very clean and comfortable. View of beach was awesome. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. I also loved the view of pier park. The skybridge connecting the parking garage to the condos is very helpful to use and you can literally stop in the middle of the bridge over the street and look around

The one small thing was the door in the living room that leads to the balcony. The knob was really loose so when you think you close the door the knob drops down and the door will open up. That was the only thing. Small and fixable.

how the bunk beds were right next to the door there was no deadbolt to lock the door for kids safety for bedtime. the front balcony door knob was loose and came off. other then that it was pretty but very high up.

Expected much better for the money

Good Seafront location close to amenities

No flex in the check in/out times. Balcony and it’s furniture were covered in bird droppings. lots of other peoples hairs on the bedding and some damaged furniture.

Do not stay here, rent from an individual if you can.

The location was great, Aqua staff was very friendly.

Feces smeared on the inside of top bunk and sheets of made up bed, missing light fixture and exposed wiring above top bunk, broken couch, moldy shower, very dusty furniture and dirty floors, weird drips down walls around the bed and in the kitchen, remotes missing batteries/covers and lamps missing bulbs, rusty uncomfortable balcony furniture. We were very uncomfortable and icky feeling inside the condo for our entire stay. Vacasa refunded our cleaning fee but we would have loved to have left and gone to a hotel or other property.

Exceptional

Condo was a great location walking distance to loads of shopping, restaurants, and bars. The bar downstairs stops music at 10pm, so it was really quite and chill after that. Pretty clean and provided all amenities listed and some more. Security & Maintenance staff at the complex were on it! Customer service was excellent with Vacasa, answered every call and question. Download their app. It provides all necessary information on check-in, parking garage information, gate codes, and check out. We booked through Booking.com, which was very troublesome and problematic at every turn. They kept sending emails and notifications stating that our payment was invalid. Which was not the case, because the management company for this condo, already took the money. Their customer service team was no help at all, on hold for 45 minutes and pretty much blamed it on the resort. But called customer service at Vacasa, they cleared everything up! We will definitely book through Vacasa again, but skip going through Booking.com.

I would definitely recommend Aqua II for family vacations.

The location couldn’t have been better! The living room/dining room and bedrooms were spacious. washer and dryer were a definite plus! Everything was very clean.

I thought I had booked a 3 BR/2 BA. but the third BR was actually just bunk beds in the hallway. As a 66 year old woman I did not enjoy sleeping on a bunk bed open to the common areas. Also, we had issues with plumbing. It may have been a facility issue since one pool was closed for all but the first day of our stay. Disposal frequently didn’t work and sluggish toilets. I was told ahead of time to keep curtains drawn at night for sea turtle nesting, but the drapes to the balcony did not close and the rod appeared to be broken.

Nice place to stay, good location

Good location, parking garage with sky bridge.

Washer needed to be cleaned (mold build up on inside of rubber door surround). Master bedroom windows open up to walkway so other people can look right in so you can't have the windows open. Was given the wrong gate code, luckily another guest was behind me and said the same thing happened to him and gave me his code.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty

We liked the location of the property but that’s it.

Our room 1604 hadn’t been cleaned regardless of what they say. I have pictures of our feet after walking on the floor for about 5 minutes. They were black!! The bathroom was disgusting. The microwave had food stuck in it. The balcony had black mold growing on it. The bed was not comfortable. Filthy!!!

Nice place, poor management by Aqua

I got complaints on me smoking, told them I didn't know and I quit, go to pool later that evening and people smoking everywhere, I think this place is loaded with Karen's, that's my opinion and probably will not return.other than that things were good.
