Die Ausstattung und Lage sind großartig.
Der Balkon nach hinten raus auf den Hof, daher ruhig und kaum einsehbar. Elektrische Rollläden.
Überdachter gut erreichbarer Parkplatz. Waschraum.
Uns hat dann tatsächlich doch ein Backofen gefehlt, um auch zwischendurch mal eine schnelle günstige Mahlzeit zuzubereiten aber das war auch das einzige und nicht essentiell.

Location awesome, bathroom nice.
The mattress on the bed was too soft but usable with the mattress topper. However the sofa was much too hard to sleep on. We ended up buying a mattress from Ikea and my daughter slept on the mattress on the floor.
The bedside tables and the sofa need bedside lamps (there is 1 bedside lamp so it needs 2 more).
This flat is ok for 2 people but not 3.

Perfekte Lage! Nur wenige Meter bis zur Promenade, Park und dem Strand.
Das Bett war wirklich unterirdisch weich und führte dazu, dass wir rollierend auf die Schlafcouch ausweichend mussten. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass dieses krasse Manko auch schon seit Jahren in den Rezessionen angesprochen, aber offenbar vom Vermieter nicht verbessert wird. Eine gute Schlafsituation ist im Urlaub aber essentiell! Die Hinterhofaussicht im EG ist hingegen kein Problem, weil auch nichts anderes Versprochen wurde. Der inkludierte Stellplatz ist ein echtes PLUS.
