Ich komme beim nächsten Kongress wieder hierher

Frühstück: gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten, für jeden etwas dabei, frische Backwaren. Ambiente stimmig.

Conference stay

I liked the location, not far from the train and bus station.

It was very noisy as I was given a room facing directly the railroad. I had no view as the room was on the ground floor with a grass fence in front and the passing trains behind. Initially when I booked, I selected a room on the pic which was on the second floor. Apart from the trains, it was either a broken pipe or the thin walls as I was hearing water being flashed everything anyone from the room above was using the toilet. The pipe was noisy. It was not possible to sleep properly. Pricewise the property did not meet the expectation I paid 377 for 3 nights, it was without a breakfast.

Ok for a short business trip.

The hotel is ok, relatively clean, the bed was comfy enough and the room (suite) was big enough. Parking is a bonus and the area felt quite safe.

The hotel is close to an U-Bahn it seems and if you're a light sleeper, I'd maybe skip this hotel and search for an alternative. Every once in a while, you can feel the vibrations from the train/tram going past the hotel. Also, it appeared as someone left the ventilation in their bathroom on indefinitely. When I turned my ventilation on, it was quite loud but when it turned off, I could still hear "something" running and humming, even through closed doors! The breakfast on the first morning was ok, but on the second morning, it looked like I was a bit too late since there was significantly less food available.

No character

It was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was hot and the breakfast very good. Staff were pleasant although we only really saw them at breakfast. Underground parking. There was a lift. Quiet. Air conditioning. Easy for the station to Munich.

Soulless. The corridors had a strange smell not sure what of. could have been a poor air freshener. No character. Nowhere to sit in the room except one small chair. This is a modern hotel but the furnishings are poor quality and very utilitarian. No outside space. The area it is situated in is mainly apartments over shops with a square. Mostly housing association I would think. Lots of families with the children playing in the paved square. Everyone very friendly and diverse.
