I am traveling a lot but I nearly haven't had such a kind and friendly staff, especially the lady at the counter.

Location is good - close to highway exit and bus stop. Staff is very kind and helpful. They provided us with a ventilator upon request and also a small fridge for no extra charge. (Both not included in the rooms)
There is no ac. Especially in the south side rooms the heat becomes unbearable.
The common terrace in front of the southside rooms turns into a smokers’ garden and you can’t open windows without having all the smoke in your room.
There is no safe. There is no mini fridge. The breakfast items are very low quality.
