About this house rental
Situated in Woodstock, this attractive house for $236 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This three level townhouse provides an ideal spot for any vacation or get -away. Two social areas both with flat screen televisions allow you to spread-out and relax. Enter to the foyer and from there the spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. These areas occupy the mid-level of the townhouse. The living room offers a large wrap-around couch, and large flat screen television. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal. Additionally on this level you will find a 1/2 bath, the laundry room and access to the back deck. The primary and second bedrooms are located on the upper most floor and each have a queen size bed, air conditioning and private bath. On the lowest level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. Also on the lowest level is a second living room with comfortable seating and another flat screen television. During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months. Please note: This unit provides two unassigned parking spaces. Parking tags must be displayed. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available. The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. This unit does not allow pets. Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces. This unit has two air conditioners, one in each upstairs bedroom. There is an electric grill on the deck and a gas grill under the deck.

The townhouse was nice. Big living/family room upstairs and downstairs. Nice having 4 bedrooms. Lower level bedrooms have a dehumidifier outside bedroom doors that runs on and off all day and night. The big couch in main living room needs to be replaced, as the cushions were so bad - you sink WAY down. Very uncomfortable. The kitchen stove burners need to be replaced. All crooked and hard to cook anything on them. A couple don't even turn on. Can be a simple fix. No towel bars in downstairs bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs with the Queen beds are REALLY NICE. They both have their own bathrooms. We liked the place and would stay again if the couch was replaced or cushions were re-stuffed and stove fixed.

Nice home for two families.
This townhouse was very clean and spacious. The 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect. The kids had 2 bedrooms downstairs with their own bathroom and living room, which they loved! My only recommendation would be to bring extra washcloths/towels depending on how long you're staying. In the description it states linens and towels included. We were given 1 washcloth and 1 towel per person. We spent 3 nights so 1 washcloth was not sufficient. Next time we would bring our own from home. I did not notice in the description of the property that we should bring extra from home, but I was told when checking out today that it's in there. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families. Our group had 4 adults and 4 kids and we never felt cramped. Beautiful location with plenty of hiking trails as well.
