We stayed in this extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy home for two nights over the holiday. We stay in vacation homes pretty regularly and I would rate this as an excellent place to stay. These hosts have thought of everything! The way the bedrooms are laid out they are across the home from each other which is nice. Great water pressure and lots of hot water, nice towels. The back patio yard area is simply lovely and makes a perfect hangout. I look forward to going back this summer! Thank you so much.

Loved your beach home. House was clean, comfortable, well furnished with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and colorful flowers. Rooftop patio was a plus especially in the evenings. We walked to the harbor. wrote on chalk wall and ate at yummy restaurants. Of course the coast is beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing your special place. We'd like to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "R" Sounds of the Sea home in Brookings. It's in a beautiful location with magnificent views which can be enjoyed from the rooftop patio during the day.
The house is also conveniently situated for day trips into the local area and even sightseeing trips up and down the coast.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and make one feel very comfortable.
The backyard patio is especially nice with comfy chairs, plants and scenery for relaxing and enjoying. The backyard decorations add a peaceful charm.
The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet.
Upon arrival, we were surprised by the lovely little decorations that the wonderful house keeper and property manager had left, and our host was always responsive and helpful if we had any queries.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
We can definitely recommend, and in fact already have, and would return again!

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this property. From the rooftop deck to all of the accommodations that the host did for everyone who comes to visit. To the adorable cottage comfortable beds just an amazing property. And I would definitely come back here if I’m in Brookings again. Hosts were easy to work with and very accommodating.

We spent Thanksgiving at this house. It was a nice place to stay so we could cook our own Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy the coast. The décor was very nice and welcoming. The house was very clean and the fragrance wasn't overwhelming. All the appliances worked flawless and plenty of dishes in case you forgot that one little thing! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in a very quiet, clean mobile park very close to the beach, shopping. You wont regret it!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Brookings, and Nancy's house is just perfect. By far the best stocked house I've ever stayed in, it had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, easy access to shopping. The rooftop patio was our favorite place to be in the evenings. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Brookings.

We have stayed here several times. In the past, it was spotless. This time, it was clean enough but needed a little extra dusting. Also, I would not recommend this place to the 35% of the population who have health issues such as migraines and allergies with scents. The cabin is highly scented with plug in atomizers and multiple sachets. Also the front steps are a slips hazard when wet as they frequently are due to the ocean mist. There is a covered ramp in the back accessible through the garage but the garage is not available. I would suggest painting the steps with a non slip surface. All in all, we truly enjoyed being there except for all the scents.

This beautiful home was just what we wished for on the last 3 days of our vacation!! Only wished we would have stayed the whole 8 days here!! Everything you could need or want was located in this home! We loved it had a side by side refrigerator/freezer so we could package up and freeze our fish we caught going out of Brookings Fishing Charters for our ride home. The beach theme decor was cute as can be and the back yard a haven for birds which we watched going in & out of the many birdhouses. We enjoyed the roof top deck relaxing in the sun😎 The King bed was very comfortable! We have stayed at many VRBO and ABNB’s and this one is on the top!! We Love Brookings our home away from home every year to get away from the Redding heat in the summertime and we’ll surely be back again to this home!! I cannot express and give Thanks to the housekeeping crew at this home it was immaculate🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Immaculate, darling, well-appointed beach house. Great kitchen supplies , really lovely well- kept back garden and they even had binoculars which i never used but liked the fact they were there. Cute. Linen closet full of extra towels and bath mats. Washer and dryer works great. I wish the walk to beach was more do- able. And the guest bed was not as comfy - other than that it was perfection. Thank you

Me and my wife have already talked about coming back sometime in the future.

The cottage is small, but had everything we needed, and the rooftop deck was very nice! It was too cold to enjoy the backyard, but it looked very inviting as well.

We really enjoyed the time we spent here. The house is clean and well maintained, and the owners are friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and the backyard area was nice and relaxing. This was by far the best value in VRBO that we have had the pleasure to stay at. The house is located very close to the harbor and the beachfront area near the harbor.
