Located in Seagrove Beach, this lovely house for $800 per night is a great option for your next trip. This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 5 bicycles as well as access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor & all additional Watercolor pools. This new home in WaterColor is spacious and spectacular! Located close to Camp WaterColor, 1312 Western Lake Drive has all of the upgrades you are looking for and is luxury living at its best. The living area offers beautiful beamed ceilings that compliment the rich wood flooring. An attached kitchen and dining area provides openness and all of the amenities you deserve. Gorgeous white quartzite counters beautifully adorn this state-of-the-art kitchen, which features Thermador appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and an ice maker. The screened dining porch and outside patio, together with four additional porches (2 screened), extend the living areas into the beautiful WaterColor resort. Four of the five bedrooms offer Master accommodations with en suite bathrooms, king beds and access to outside porches. With the beautiful decor and gorgeous bathrooms, the toughest decision will be deciding which Master bedroom you want. The fifth bedroom is a fun, cheery built-in bunk room featuring 4 twin sized beds and plenty of storage. A second living area on the second floor of this breathtaking home offers seating and a flat screen television for watching movies, playing games, or reading a book. This home provides parking for three vehicles. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12): - Master Bedroom One: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub - Master Bedroom Two: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower - Master Bedroom Three: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower - Master Bedroom Four: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower - Bunk Room: Two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Beach Habitats 30A. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was our first time to stay in Camp District and it was the perfect location to be close to Camp but also near the Beach Club, Seaside and the Town Center. The house was perfect for us, we had so much room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. My only recommendation would be to put a digital lock on one of the doors and the physical key was kind of a headache. Very small problem, just a suggestion. The house is wonderful!

This home could use a little better organization of the kitchen but most of all the house needs to have a golf cart as part of the rental. I would rent this house again but making sure I had a golf cart would be a must.

First time to watercolor and it was amazing. The house was incredibly spacious and was just a great home. The home was prime location to everything including publix and seaside. i do recommend getting a golf cart which we did and i highly recommend that! We had our family car there but with the golf cart we did not use it once.

It was good! The house was adequate for us all. We had to rent extra bikes and a 6 seater golf cart. We also had to furnish spices, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, bath soap, and more. It was on a busy street.

Wonderful!
Home is gorgeous! Space is perfect - all king masters with private baths. Upstairs loft and living space add even more space and privacy for teens. Outdoor spaces for everyone. Great location! House does not have a golf cart but we used the courtesy golf cart shuttle and it was so fast and easy and Jeff and John are a delight! The beach club is not far by bike or shuttle. We would stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ 1312 Western Lake Drive in Watercolors. The selling point for us was all the bedrooms had king beds. Everything in the house was clean and well stocked. The house is very close to several pools and within walking distance to Publix. Beach Habitats 30A was very responsive through the entire process of renting and checking out. They communicated very well as far as the "why's" of several of the rules of the property and Watercolors which was appreciated. Referrals to baby equipment rental and golf carts was very helpful and utilized. The house was very quiet considering we had 8 adults and 4 children under 4. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We came as a group of 9 for spring break and a 40th birthday. Our group included 9 people with kids from 5 years old to 15 years old. The location is perfect and convenient. The house was clean and laid out nicely to give the younger kids and teens the space that they needed. The porches are wonderful front and back and upstairs and downstairs. House was clean and had everything that we needed except a crockpot pot which I purchased and left for future guest. We would definitely book this house again. My only complaint is the 9 am checkout. 10am would have allowed us less rushing the day that we left. We had to make one maintenance call for broken bikes, they responded right away and the bikes were repaired quickly.

Great Location for families!
We had SUCH a wonderful time....the location was ideal for kids. The Camp Watercolor pool is only one block away...this pool is perfect for kids of all ages. And the house was BEAUTIFUL...even better than the pictures. All of the outdoor porches were utilized on a daily basis. We will be back!!

The house was lovely for our girl's weekend in 30A. All of the king bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, which we we really enjoyed, and there were several indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. We took full advantage of the Watercolor amenities and loved being able to bike aware from the central location of this home. Kitchen was not equipped with any cooking ingredient staples, so be prepared to buy/bring them. Same goes for beach towels, you'll need to bring your own.

This was our first time to Watercolor in 10 years and what an outstanding job they have done with the Community. The Camp District is great for younger kids and we were within walking distance of the Camp District Pool. The House is fabulous because it has 4 Bedrooms, each with a King Bed. Most of the 4 bedroom rentals do NOT have King beds in all 4 Bedrooms, this is a huge plus. In addition the Kids bunk room is perfectly situated on 2nd Floor. Everything in the Unit worked great, had a small issue with downstairs TV remote, but they came to fix during out trip. We rented an electric golf cart from 3rd party and this was necessary to get to and from beach with young kids. Overall this is a fantastic unit and one we will rent again

The house was beautiful, loved all of the king size beds and spacious bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen. It was the perfect size for our two families plus a couple of extra friends. My only negative comment would be about the cleaning service. Found some trash on the floors in the closet, and some dishes with food on them.

Fun Two Weeks at Watercolor
House was perfect for hosting multiple families and was in great shape. Really liked all of the porches, upstairs and downstairs. Four full bedrooms with attached baths were great - rooms were large and spacious, each held a king size bed. Bunk room for kids worked well although one more full bath upstairs would have prevented kids from having to go into their parent's room to wash up/use the restroom. First time staying on Western Lake Drive which was busier than I expected, but not a major issue for us. Would definitely rent again.

The home is lovely, rooms are plenty big, kitchen is nice and plenty of space. We would absolutely stay here again but we would spend the extra money to rent our own bikes. The listing says comes with 5 bikes but there were 6 there. However, all 6 bikes had issues multiple times when we were there. Chains would come off 3-4 times in 1 trip to dinner or grocery store. 2 bikes even the whole sproket and pedal came off. This stranded us a long way from the house then having to walk over 1.5 miles home a couple of times. They sent out maintenance 3 times to fix them and they would still break or have issues after that. The maintenance guy even said he had to come out several times the previous week for chains falling off but all he did was teach the people how to put chains back on, I had to explain to him how to tighten the chains!!! But the house we thoroughly enjoyed. Wasn't a big deal for us b/c we don't watch much tv while on vacation, but the remote system for the tv downstairs didn't work either, maintenance came the first day to fix it and he couldn't fix it and he told me you just have to turn it on by hand then use this other remote for volume and then he left. So we just never used the tv the whole time there.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is two blocks from Camp WaterColor and spacious for our family of ten!
We would definitely stay at this location again. An absolutely wonderful experience.
