About this condo rental
Situated in Cornelius, this lovely condo for $312 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy our Lake Norman home from this beautiful waterfront three bedroom condominium! This end unit, on the top floor (with an elevator), has an open-concept layout with a full wall of windows, which brings in an abundant amount of natural light. Our unit has one of the best views of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon refreshments, or evening sunsets overlooking the lake on the outdoor back balcony. Granite counter tops complement the fully stocked kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances. Comfortable counter-top seating for casual dining. Large dining room with table for six. Living room has a new 75" LG Smart TV located over fireplace with comfortable seating. The master suite has a king size bed, wall TV, private bath, walk-in closet, desk, and an incredible view of the lake. The other two roomy bedrooms each include a queen-size bed, each with their own TV. Condo sleeps six. All our beds are incredibly comfortable. We also insure that everything is spotless when you arrive. The pool opens on May 1 through September 30. The on-site tennis and pickle ball courts have recently been renovated. Ideal lake location which is close to grocery stores (Publix/Harris Teeter), shopping (Birkdale Village), multiple parks and greenways, golf, kayaking, uptown Charlotte, NASCAR racing, and close to Davidson College. For Boat Lovers: Morningstar Marina is just a few minutes away for boat and jet ski rentals. Note: Our unit does not have a dedicated boat slip and boat trailers must be parked at the marina. This property has a Ring Doorbell camera at the outside entrance for added security and to enable remote guest access. Start making memories with family and friends in this totally relaxing lake environment. We are located off I77 between exit 25 and exit 28.

Had a great time at LN. This was our second time staying in the condos. The view and location were great. Very clean and well stocked. Had a sound issue with the master tv, but figured it out by the end of our stay. Enjoyed the pool located a couple steps from our door.

Wonderful!
The condo is absolutely beautiful. You can tell the owners take great pride in it. It’s very updated and clean. Great location right next to the pool with an awesome view of the lake. I also appreciated the fact that there were some toys & games available for my younger son. We were in Charlotte for a baseball tournament for my older son so I wasn’t sure how I would keep my youngest entertained while the others were at the games but we had a great time! There are also tennis racquets & pool towels in the condo - they thought of everything! Check in and check out couldn’t have been smoother. I highly recommend!

Spacious, immaculate, & great location!
The customer service was the most attentive I’ve ever had, and we didn’t even need anything! The condo is bigger than it looks in photos, and the view is lovely. It was immaculately clean, and the pool was great. We took an e-bike tour around Davidson, mini-golf, swimming, exploring shops and restaurants, and had an all-around relaxing long weekend!

Exactly what we were looking for!
The property and condo were amazing! They had everything you could ask for and then some. Check-in was a breeze, communication was perfect, we really can not say enough great things about our stay! We kept saying to ourselves, we have to leave a review:)

Perfect. Stayed over Christmas with my brother and 86 yr old father. Needed a comfortable place where we could all hang out (my sister and her grown kids live in Davidson). It worked out perfectly. We are cooks -I have never seen a rental property so. Well. Stocked. We had Christmas Eve dinner for our family here and it was so comfortable and easy. Super super responsive property management when I had couple of questions. They have tried SO HARD (and succeeded) in anticipating needs. Little things like labels on light switches -all fantastic. IMPECCABLY clean. And very clear instructions about what to do on checkout, etc. it was just great. We lost my mom in Sept of this year so we knew it would be a different holiday -being in an easy comfortable place with my dad helped so much!! He LOVED the TV and all the channels 😇. Thank you for the attention to detail! (And one thing I am shamelessly stealing is the makeup towel idea. Esp when my niece visits!)

Simply stated, we were delighted with this stay. The Condo was was spotless, well furnished, in a perfect location, quiet and very comfortable. The owner (Anne) and property manager (Tina) are terrific ... real Pros! We were in town for Thanksgiving and for our grandchild's baptism. The Condo is so "athletic" and comfortable it allowed us to host a small family celebration ... everyone was very impressed!

All of the furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, etc. are high quality. Rooms appear as though they have just been painted and with new flooring. Not one blemish on anything. All rooms were very clean; no negative areas at this vrbo. Will stay again.

Great Location & SUPER Clean
We have stayed at a lot of rental properties across the country and would highly recommend this property. The condo was SUPER clean, really well stocked (towels, kitchen equipment, etc.), and the check in process was unbelievably easy. It's location in Cornelius is really convenient to many popular North Carolina cities and just a short drive to Uptown Charlotte. The view of Lake Norman from both inside the condo as well as outside on the patio is wonderful. Highly recommend!

This property was completely spotless and neat. All the appliances and bowls were clean. Everything was provided such as a surplus of towels, blankets, pillows, paper towels, napkins, detergent and soaps, spices etc. The view was amazing and it was a great location. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful unit, well maintained and VERY clean
We had a great trip to NC and loved our stay at this unit. Very convenient to shops and amenities and our day trip excursions. Unit is beautifully updated, very clean and had everything we needed! Property manager was very helpful and responsive, would definitely recommend!

We are a family of five, the condo was spacious enough for myself, my husband, two large teenager boys and one tween. The condo had everything you could possibly need which is a lot for our crew. This was our first trip to the area so we relied on the property manager, Tina, for our many questions. She always replied immediately and was very helpful. The view of Lake Norman from the condo of the balcony is just beautiful and there is a boardwalk for scenic walks. My boys really loved the Tiki Toss set up on the balcony, it was a big hit! We had a much needed peaceful stay!

We are a family of five, the condo was spacious enough for myself, my husband, two large teenager boys and one tween. The condo had everything you could possibly need which is a lot for our crew. This was our first trip to the area so we relied on the property manager, Tina, for our many questions. She always replied immediately and was very helpful. The view of Lake Norman from the condo of the balcony is just beautiful and there is a boardwalk for scenic walks. My boys really loved the Tiki Toss set up on the balcony, it was a big hit! My family stayed in this condo while visiting family on the lake. The condo had everything we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee in the cabinet! The view is great, space is updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is fantastic and exactly as described. The owner was so incredibly flexible and bent over backwards with our changing schedule. Beautiful view of the water and right next-door to a restaurant that made take out super easy. Condo had everything you would need . Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful lake condo with spectacular views!
Our family rented this lake condo for the holidays and everything was perfect, from the responsiveness of the host to the beautiful decor throughout the home. Location is also perfect, being right on Lake Norman and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, trails and Birkdale Village. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!
