Nestled in Cornelius, this lovely condo for $263 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Lake Norman! Aqua Vista is a beautiful newly renovated first floor waterfront condo. Sip your coffee on the patio while taking in the lakefront views. With the boardwalk and community pool just steps away, and a tennis court on site - there is plenty to keep your crew busy and happy! Aqua Vista is within walking distance of a Cornelius local favorite - Port City Club - offering waterfront dining, excellent food and beverages. This condo is the ideal location to sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Lake Norman has to offer. The condo has three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), two full baths, large full kitchen, and washer & dryer. Conveniently located in Cornelius, a short drive away from Birkdale Village and about 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Plenty of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment - there is something to do for everyone! Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons. Just ask us about boat rentals when booking your stay! *** Limited boat slip availability, contact us for more information *** The pool is managed directly by the condo. We cannot guarantee the condition of the condo amenities, however they are available for your use. *** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to one dog allowed Pool Rules: POOL OPENING DATE: WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 2024 POOL CLOSING DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 POOL HOURS Daily 9:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M. 1. Utilization of the swimming pool shall be restricted to condominium owners, their guests, invitees and tenants. 2. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 3. No lifeguard will be provided within the swimming pool area and accordingly unit owners, their guests, invitees, and tenants will utilize the swimming pool at their own risk. 4. No glass container of any type or kind shall be permitted in the pool area. Food is not permitted in the swimming pool. 5. Radios, stereos, or similar amplified sound equipment shall be used only in a manner so as to be considerate of other people utilizing the pool facility and residents of the units. Such devicesshall not be used after dark. Out of further consideration, all pool users should refrain from using foul language. 6. Owners and tenants are discouraged from inviting guests, as the pool gets very crowded very quickly, but should an owner or tenant have guests, please try to limit the number of guests to a maximum of four (4) per household. All guests must be accompanied by their resident or tenant host(s) while in the pool area. Guests that are unaccompanied by a resident or tenant host(s) will be considered trespassing and the local law authority will be called. 7. The furniture provided by the Association within the pool area shall not be removed from the pool area at any time. 8 . Condominium owners, their guests, invitees and tenants shall not leave any personal items within the pool area overnight including, without limitation, lawn chairs, floats, towels and similar items. 9. No pets of any type are permitted in the pool area AT ANY TIME. 10. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the pool area. 11. If you witness any owner/guest breaking rules, please notify your community manager Lee Hudspeth immediately, [email protected]. Please do not contact a Board Member directly. WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE POOL. Random checking will be done by Board Members and/or Pool Committee delegates. Violators of rules will be asked to leave. Depending on the infraction, police may be called, or pool privileges removed for a set period of time.

My daughter flew in from Switzerland for a short stay with her two year old. Tub in master not really clean and the shower curtain definitely needs to be replaced. Overall very nice but temperatures prevented some activities (no fault of the owner)

Beautiful home just as listed! Thankfully, this condo was well appointed with some great views. The weather did not cooperate with many of the outdoor plans we had for the week, as it rained every day and constantly for 5 days straight. The space, including covered patio allowed us to have a good week regardless as we were visiting our kids from NJ. Comfortable home with all the necessities any close to many shops and restaurants.

Overall the condo is a great location and a great layout. Very well stocked with linens and everything you would need. Check in was very straight forward and easy.

We had 5 adults and loved our stay. The outdoor area was great. Kitchen was well stocked with glassware/platters, etc Very easy parking. Port City is great restaurant but make reservations early.

Aqua Vista trip
The condo was great. It was perfect for what we needed. As close to the pool as you can get. Ground level patio was a big plus as well. Really close to Publix/Harris Teater as well. Short distance to multiple marinas. We really enjoyed Port City Club restaurant as well. Had two great dinners there, then we just walked home. Loved it.

Plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, next to the pool, which was terrific for getting to and from. The extra large patio was a real treat especially when having additional family over for dinner. The only negatives, and small at that, would be to flip the master bedroom mattress; the left side is becoming compressed and you roll a bit, a little better cleaning;, wipe the baseboards and under furniture(lots of dust bunnies), a few more dish towels would be great, if plants outside are going to not be watered, maybe just get rid of the dead plants and remove all the extra ceramic containers and 2 dead trees. Easy fix, and not really needed. We would definitely come back.

Great Condo in great location
Clean and comfortable and lovely decor - very happy it was on the 1st floor. Only wish my stay wasn’t in the winter so I could take advantage of being right next to the pool and lounging on the spacious back deck. Will return when the weather is better!

This property is very well maintained and very clean. It is convenient to restaurants and overlooks the lake.
My issue with VRBO is that many or most of the properties now have to be rented for 4 nights minimum. That will most likely keep me from renting from VRBO the next time I am looking for a place for a getway. Also, VRBO is also charging an extra charge on the credit card that is way over what we have already paid. These two issues, for me, are negative.
