The location is on a main road, a culinary paradise, walking distance to a food court, wet market, kopitiam, restaurant, supermarket, next to a DIY shop, there is a coffee shop and 1 building with a gym, yoga & pilates studio

Very practical place, no fuss and therefore worth the affordable price.
A window for light would be great but understandably, the place is not designed that way.

Location.
Shower curtain had mould on it. The toilet was not cleaned properly.
