The location was really great! It was close to the main road and downtown.
The place itself was very spacious. The lobby had a lot of seating areas and drinks which guests can freely enjoy. The room had everything we could ever need. One of the best places I've stayed at in Japan!
There wasn't an elevator but it wasn't a big issue since we were placed in the 2nd floor.

Very good location beside Beppu Sky Tower. Offered 24hrs complimentary drinks, common kitchen and shared big television at reception lounge area.
Room sound insulation is really bad. At 9pm, play some music in room got complained by neighbour.
