The family room was a good size with beautiful views up the mountains. The staff were always smiling and friendly.
The hotel was dirty especially the floor in the dining room. There was no soap, toilet roll or towels in our room until we asked. Staff were very friendly but the breakfast was very disappointing. We watched the plates and glasses being rinsed, not washed and as a result, most of our plates were dirty. Both bathrooms stank of sewage.
