Beautiful location near a lovely little town. Comfortable bed, very clean, quiet and wonderful surrounding views of the lodges. A unique location. The host was very helpful and friendly at checkin and after.

There were grounds we could walk round and lovely views and silhouettes at sunset. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Useful as a base for seeing family and friends, and walking in the area.
Trying to get extra milks for coffee/tea in the room. Maybe supplies could be kept in the kitchen. The walls of the rooms were not always soundproof.

Comfortable large bed, great shower, the very interesting summary of the history of Brown Rigg, good location to see the area
Entrance drive needs attention; better explanation about the garbage bins; small size of room
