The unit was clean and comfortable. The initial supplies provided were adequate. The rental communications before arrival, during my stay and before departure were helpful and thorough. Ms. Andi at the office was knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the towel exchange option. Botanical garden was beautiful.

The flowers and were amazing and smelled great. I visited with my daughter and 2 grandsons. The condo was spacious and well maintained except there was no working smoke detector - it was hanging from the wall with no battery in it. The staff was generally friendly - the maintenance staff was not. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Been coming here for years, and this was a wonderful experience! Bright, cheerful condo in a great location. Master suite has a balcony with ocean views. The kitchen is maybe a little small/cramped, but we didn't have any issues cooking in it. There was some paint chipped off from one of the toilet seats; otherwise, everything was spotless and looked great. We were a group of 4 adults and stayed here comfortably. Staff were exemplary and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

The condos were close ❤️ together and I've never rented a condo or condos before but I think the rental price was fair. They were close to the ocean which was nice.
