Beautiful property right on the sea. The staff was so kind, helpful & hardworking. Breakfast every day was lovely
The main reason I booked this property outside of a town was because they advertised a shuttle service. The shuttle was “broken” 9 of the 10 days we were there, which was more than disappointing (my husband has mobility issues and could barely walk up all the hills at the property, let alone walk into town.) We spent a lot of money on taxis every day.
The mattress in our room seemed very old, not comfortable at all; the workout room was open to the outside and so the equipment was really dirty; there was mold on the wall under the air conditioner in our room; the toilet in our room broke at least 3 times while we were there; and the pools were not very clean (lots of hair in the drains 🤢.) Overall- the property doesn’t feel like it’s kept up to all the people coming & going (they sell day passes to the facilities, which I wasn’t aware of when booking), and needs more maintenance.
