I like the easy check-in and checkout. The spaceous room, owner's friendlyness, the excellent breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more.

Location for the wineries we were visiting.
Bed wasn't queen size as stated. TV issues. Having to go to a different building for breakfast/coffee. Breakfast N/A first morning, didn't want to go out in a rain storm on the second morning to get it No common area.
