Great location and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Staff were very friendly.
High cost of luggage storage. Room was also quite noisy at times.

Janncarlo was a great help when I had issues getting in from the airport & always answered queries quickly.
All instructions were clear & easily to follow.
The location is fantastic. As a solo traveller it is preferable to not have long walks back in the evening so this was perfect.
Not a dislike, but some fruit & plain yogurt at breakfast would've been nice as everything was sugary.

The room is great! Astonishingly huge for a B&B. The bathroom, too. The host is great! The apartment is VERY close to the Piazza Kennedy bus stop to take bus 1/4 to the train station and back. Right in the center of Ancona.
Hard to fathom why my private bathroom had to be at the end of the apartment long corridor rather than next door.

Close to the city center. Communication and finding the place went well. Clean.
The website didn't explicitly say that the bathroom of this room was an external bathroom. Pictures make the impression that it is an internal bathroom as it is opposite door. Would be fair to explicitly say that it is an external bathroom. The shower head was mostly blocked with lime, so I had to free it from the lime that I could have an acceptable shower. Loud doors to open and close. Room door didn't stay closed without turning the key. Means you need to lock the door every time you go to the bathroom. Very loud street noise, but with closed window acceptable. Host tried to open my bathroom door without knocking first, this is very unprofessional and not acceptable.
Breakfast only on a sugar base. The only sugar free was the plane joghurt and the milk.
