Great location in the heart of Ancona. Nice and cosy with few rooms and self-serve breakfast.
No a/c but the fan is very effective (and more energy efficient).
Rooms are on the third floor but there is a small lift (which, oddly, has two sets of buttons and two doors)
Overall, a very pleasant experience

The place is very nice! Clean and always has a good skill! The location is great and quiet. I cannot complain about anything even the things that I did not like were not big and I can say them just to be improved but overall I really enjoyed! I did not see any of the staff but the room used to be cleaned everyday and they provide very organized instructions!
The shower was a bit weak and took a while to get hot water, but it arrived.
