Located in Princeville, this charming condo for $399 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Are you looking for the absolute perfect condo for your once in a lifetime vacation to Kauai? Do you want breath taking views from almost every room? Do you want to be within walking distance to multiple beaches? How about be close to shops and dining? Do you want luxury amenities at a reasonable price? Well look no further as you have found Heaven on Earth at Pu’u Po’a 313. Almost every room has a view of the ocean but unlike most other Pu’u Po’a units, ours is not just a view of the wide span of the big blue – we sit closer to the edge of the cliff and can watch the waves crashing against the cliff and reefs below. We can see the patterns of the reefs below and the multiple shades of green and blue in the water. And if we look hard enough, we can find a sea turtle or two. In the winter, it’s perfect for whale watching and a pod of dolphins has been known to pass by. If one of the North Shore rain showers happens to bring you inside, you can still feel like you are right on the beach watching all the waves go by... Conveniently located next to the infamous One Hotel where you have access to shops and dining, we also have access to TWO beaches - Pu'u Po'a Beach and Hideaways. People from all over Princeville come to the sunset viewing spot directly next to our building. Simply walk out the door and go around the building and you have front row seating to the brilliant sunsets of Kauai. The unit itself is filled with all the amenities from home...In each bedroom we have a high quality king sized bed with luxurious sheets and cozy quilts and pillows too. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a Japanese soaking tub while the second bathroom has a tub and shower. Each are filled with plush towels, a hair dryer, curling iron and convenient places to dry bathing suits. The kitchen is well stocked with extras like a spice rack, a crock pot, waffle maker and blender in addition to the coffee maker. The table, made of solid monkey wood, seats 8 and for those who have to work on the trip, there is a desk facing the ocean view. The living area has a big comfy sectional, a twin sofa sleeper and a large HDTV. We offer FREE wifi internet, cable and international calls to Canada and Mexico. The atrium is styled with bamboo furniture that can be made into another twin sleeper. We’ve made our best effort to give you a few the things you might want to enjoy the activities and adventures waiting for you here on Kauai. The lanai features a closet full of beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach mats, and a cooler. We even have tennis rackets and balls for you to use at the onsite tennis courts. For all our reservations we have professional cleaners who thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect our condo after each stay. Our cleaners take extra measures to follow all CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing including disinfecting all surfaces (including every light switch, remote control, handle, door knobs, etc.) in addition to their normal cleaning procedures. Because of these extra measures and because we pay our cleaners a living wage, our cleaning fee reflects the extra care given. Kauai is an amazing place to let go of your stressors and enjoy the tropical beauty of the island...we truly believe you will love staying at our condo! This spectacular property is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The condominium was clean, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. The interior space is bright and airy with beautiful views. Our favorite space was the atrium - a literal window to the sky and stars above and the pounding surf below. The lanai is spacious with lots of seating and a gas grill. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view is amazing; you can see the water from nearly every room. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Dreamy stay. Great location- Easy walk to two of the best beaches and a nice area. The place is really nice and well stocked. Love that they share their beach toys- chairs and boogie boards. Only large fin options and most of the masks need repair, so you’ll probably have to rent those.
Lisa was also super responsive to any questions we had during our stay.
Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! It was cozy and exactly what we needed. We had four adults and never felt crowded. The lanai is awesome for hanging out watching the ocean. Shopping and food are a quick car ride away. Definitely recommend staying here!

This place had everything we needed for an amazing week in Kauai! The kitchen was stocked with everything someone would need to make homemade meals and the Lanai was beautiful to sip morning coffee. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a really good trip. The condo was perfect with absolutely amazing views. The condo had pretty much any amenity you could ask for and all the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our family had a great stay. The location is perfect - Spent a ton of time on the deck, taking in the postcard perfect view with some whale sightings to boot. Really a great place for a family, lots of beach gear at our disposal and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The view is unreal!
The condo is large, breezy and super comfortable. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and beach closet. The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to hideaways and queens bath. 10 min from Hanalei Bay. Tracey answered all our questions and was very quick to reply. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

Place is perfect for a family. We had our family of four (2 kids, ages 6 and 1) plus their grandmother. We loved the open layout of the place especially the kitchen and dining room, which opens up to the living space with a beautiful view of the ocean. Although you can't make out the sunset from the balcony as it's just a few degrees blocked off, the view is stunning. Ocean breeze brings a very natural feel and sound to the place especially in the evenings.
The place is very clean with nice finishes and more modern look than most other places that we've stayed out. We love the beach especially rustic ones and it's literally a 10 minute walk and traverse to the unique Hidden Beach where we spent some time snorkeling with the turtles.
The place is paradise and we'll be back!

Beautiful Khaui!
This booking/ stay was flawless from beginning to end. The condo has the most amazing views, spacious for our family of 5 and SO clean. Plenary of towels, washer machine / dryer to wash towels since we were there for 7 days. Tracey was super helpful in giving us some great ideas of some of their families favorite activities and so helpful with the whole process. Beautiful beaches and sunset watching steps for the condo. Will definitely be back!

Condo on bluffs above Hideaway Beach
We have stayed in the Puu Poa condos previously, though not in this unit. Everything was as advertised and the views to the water were spectacular and a highlight of every evening! The unit was well-apportioned. Construction was going on at the resort at the end of the road which brought a bit of construction traffic in the morning, though less overall traffic flow, which was a nice tradeoff. A fast walk down to Hideaway Beach for snorkeling was the other amazing aspect. It was so pleasant to relax at in the condo and cook or grill our own Mahi Mahi or Ono dinners without fighting crowds or having to drive after a few drinks. Absolutely loved it!

Great unit and location
We enjoyed staying here while in Princeville and thought the location and view were great. It was a very spacious condo that was well supplied and also beautiful. The fans and open windows provided plenty of cool air while sleeping. Tracey was very helpful in providing tips and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental is very well equipped and has everything you need including beach “toys” such as boogie boards, snorkels/fins, coolers, chairs, etc. It is in a quiet location with fantastic views and next to the property is a popular viewpoint to watch the sunset. Wow, just wow!
This condo has it all. The views are breathtaking. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is well appointed with a lot of extras. And, Tracey, the host, was informative throughout the process making sure we were up to date on the latest island info before we travelled. She was also extremely helpful when we locked ourselves out on the first night :-) During our stay we snorkeled at “our” beach – Hideaways beach, hiked the unforgettable Kalalau Trail, and experienced the Na Pali coast on a sunset sail. We highly recommend Gary and Tracey’s condo. The memories we made here are sure to last a lifetime.

Any rate- the condo itself was amazing, just as described. No a/c, but it stayed cool and comfortable with the windows open and the supplied fans. Kitchen was well stocked and everything functional. Excellent wifi signal (other condo and hotel we stayed out were poor in comparison), and cable tv options for when you needed a break from the sun. Will definitely stay again when back on the island.
