Location was good. Close to restaurants and seafront. Also convenient for bus and metro. The several young members of staff we met were delightful and helpful. They called us an early cab to the airport and we were grateful for their help and sunny disposition
The original room was tiny. There had been no indication that this would be the case...the photos show larger rooms with sofas etc. We were offered another room only very slightly larger which was also unsuitable for 3 nights. We were then offered a triple room in another building which although very basic at least had good dimensions (& wardrobe). The receptionist was helpful in respect of offering us a different room (or forfeit all we had paid), but he gave the distinct impression of being quite angry with us which was a shame as our room was directly opposite the reception & we saw a lot of him!
