Love this hotel I usually come there every year , the hotel is in great location and the staff are all amazing and helpful as always. Thank you to everyone from reception team to the hospitality one especially Olga! Thank you
Few facilities have changed we used to have kettle and tea coffee facilities in the room now we have to go downstairs to help ourselves still not a huge problem. Also small remark regarding breakfast we used to have a huge selection of different type of breads this time it was limited.

Good location and good access..

The hotel is quite old.. maybe not in age but you can see they haven’t renovated for long period and poor maintenance, broken tiles in the toilet to the humidity in the ceiling right over the bed.
I requested a room in front of the building, since i book it 1 month before my stay, they wrote they would do what they can but nothing happened. Poor management i would say.. since the hotel was not even close to be full
