The accommodation is homey!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The water pressure is excellent.

The hot shower is difficult to control. The faucet on the lavatory is tight.

I recoend this place to everyone. Its thr best place to rest after a tiring day walking and doing all the activities in

Its home away from home. Its safe they have vault where you can keep important stuff and hot shower.

The homie feeling and its quiet, Also, I found a new Friend her name is Grace the owner of the property. Shes very nice and accomodating. I am coming back.

Not far from the sea

Comfortable and cozy room, with a homelike environment and atmosphere. I especially liked the terrace, the table. Everything is there for comfortable living, even a small kitchen on the terrace. Air conditioning plus a fan. The room is very spacious, hot water. The location was good, 50 meters from the beach, although there was a lot of algae in the sea in that place, but it is no longer the fault of the hostel. The owners are also very nice. There was a misunderstanding about the water because our English is not very good. But then they offered us drinking water, but that's not so important because water is sold everywhere for little money.

There was a rather old smell in the room, like a cat smell, but not so strong, or an old damp smell, not really clear. It didn't bother us much because the smell wasn't that bad. But I think this point could have been improved and it would have left an even more positive impression. Until 10 pm there was often bass music from a place near the beach, but it wasn't the hotel's fault and the music stopped after 10 pm.

Very good

They had generators to use during brownouts. You have a water heater in the showers. Staff were nice. The owner's son was kind and helpful too. You have a place to hang your wet clothes too. There's free coffee and hot water too. The owner is very mindful of the things you need during your stay at Boracay.

Our stay was great.

The property was clean on arrival. It had good Aircon and a nice hot shower. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful with everything. No complaints from us. we would definitely recommend staying there and good value for money and also being so close to the beach is great.

Thanks for the free room upgrade. If you are looking for a place esp. family trip this is one of the best I will recommend. Ate Grace is very helpful and accomodating. They also allow you to cook and place is near the public market so if you are on a budget or just simply prefer to eat housemade food in Boracay this is the place to go. Wifi is also very fast and reliable , so if you are doing work remotely this is one of the best as the place is very quiet and far from the usual party noise in Boracay and internet connection is really fast.

Only con, it is located in Station 3 and if you have heavy luggage you've got to carry them from tricycle stop at Faith Village and walk at the sand on Station 3 for 5mins or more . If you feel like it is a hassle , there are motorbikes you can rent from the port to get you directly to their place.

Good value for money without compromising comfort.

Very quiet so you can sleep comfortably. With facade where you can comfortably sit while drinking coffee in the morning. Just a few minutes from the beach. The beach near the property is not crowded unlike the other areas.

There are better stays that has the same price. If you want a grumpy host, stay here.

We liked that it is only 2 minute walk from the beach. That would be all.

The male owner wasn't very accommodating. He doesn't know how to smile nor greet people. He's always grumpy and very inconsiderate. He gets mad when he saw sand in the unit which is very common since it's a beach house. We're going to clean it anyway. He also charged extra just because he saw we had guest.

Great value for money and you can work remotely!

This is 1 walk to the beach and has balcony. they have great wifi and I was able to work fully with no issues on zoom and teams meetings. Hit water is prepared every morning for coffee. Very near cafes, restobars, shops including 7/11. They let usnleave our stuff when we arrived early and we stayed in nearby cafe where I was able to work online

We enjoyed our vacation 🥳

A perfect place to stay for family on a budget, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Boracay 🤩 They provide kitchenware/utensils/stove... Note that you will pay for either butane or gas but it's no big deal to us as the place is really nice for its value. Ate Grace the owner is also nice and they've got a very helpful helper called Aina who's always on time to refill hot water for coffee in the morning 👌

Free coffee all day Squeaky clean and spacious Water pressure is great Hot shower Location is just 1-2 mins to the beach Quiet beacfront The place is very homey and secured Even if it's a guesthouse/inn the aircon is controlled by a key , like in hotels, it will turn off when you pull out the key if you leave the room for the day to save power consumption. Will book here again

The fridge is old and seems not safe to use you can see all the aluminum without coverings. It stopped working the first day but they replaced it immediately - fast action thanks

walking distance to white beach

not clean, the toilet is smelly.. bed sheets, pillows and blankets don’t look clean and over used. rusty cutlery and plates don’t look clean.l, ended up buying paper plates and forks. the lady who received as don’t look friendly.

The location is superb as it is just few steps away from white beach. I extended my stay here for another 5 days and the owner gave me a discount which is really appreciated. I like the balcony, the home vibes particularly. Will definitely stay here again once I go back to Boracay sometime soon :)

This is not a hotel vibes which is understandable. Everything seems to be okay (budget wise) You get what you paid for.

Price is budget-friendly, air-conditioning is really cool, overall the place is clean & comfortable.

There was free coffee, sugar & creamer and hot water is replenished every morning. Location is great as it is only a few steps to the beach. Wi-fi in our room and the terrace is strong and it is FREE.

The refrigerator is shared with the other room and we were told to buy butane for the stove. Electric kettle and rice cooker were not available.
