Excellent location overlooking the lake with waterway views in the opposite direction. Apartment was clean, bright and had air con which was amazing in the heatwave temperatures. Lovely sunset and storm views from the balcony and the complimentary daily breakfast was delicious.
There’s not much to dislike but it is on the main road which is constantly busy and noisy.

Breakfast was nice - each day we took a pastry, coffee & water to go but sit down options available. Staff at the bar below were very friendly.

It is up a couple of flights of stairs & no lift - no problem for us but possible if you have a lot of luggage or less mobile

Been here 3 times now and will definitely come back.
Andrea and his staff at the hotel/bar are all very welcoming and friendly.
Location is great and size of the room is very good and views on a sunny day are amazing.
All in all great value for money and would definitely recommend.
