Great family home for base while travelling around the Queenstown area

Fantastic location, stunning views, great facilities for families

Bathroom not really cleaned properly, probably just a one off oversight..

Wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful views, huge space - the 2 separate living areas were great. Loved the outdoor areas and the balcony.

Very pleasant, enjoyed the views.

We used the Bonailie Bothy as a ski base and it had all the amenities that you would expect. Plenty of heating options including a log fireplace. The second comfortable living area downstairs with TV was a bonus. The house was warm and clean with a major reno having just been completed. Our host Jen was very pleasant and helpful. We would be keen to use this place next year and we highly recommend it.

Great pad, for an awesome location

The property was lovely, nice and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for having all types of meals at the property. A great place for "plane watching" as on the flight path for Queenstown Airport, and a great deck to do it from. Fabulous communication from owner. Easy to find, and had everything we needed. Curtains were drawn and aircon was on when we arrived, which was much appreciated given it was sunny and 28 degrees!

The fire place chimney bangs in the wind, which kept us awake on a couple of the nights, and the internal garage door doesn't close properly, and squeaks in the wind too. Salt and Pepper shakers would be a nice addition to the fully equipped kitchen :-)

As new condition of the facilities inside the house. Very detailed information booklet describing the facilities as well as the activities/ venue in Queenstown area.

The clothes drier is apart from the washing machine.

where do I start… very clean, the views, location, comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen with vast range of utensils, crockery, pots&pans etc, coffee machine, even board games, oh and the bottle of wine - thank you

Great location. Awesome views. Nice to have a fire place. Nice size home which provided appropriate separation for a little privacy. Very nice, well appointed kitchen and the home was very tidy.

Overall very good.

Lockbox code didnt work as per email instrns rec'd the day prior arrival. BBQ was filthy, for which I spent considerable time cleaning before use.

The view, 2 lounges, comfortable.. The deck and large kitchen and table, big enough for the family and for people to have space if they need a quiet time.

The BBQ was dirty and the driveway is not good.. my small car kept scraping as it went over the ridge to get onto the road.

I loved the property it was great and comfortable only the outdoor furniture by the actual view was very uncomfortable

Highly recommend

I liked the way everything was setup and everything we wanted to use was there... We had kids so there was games for them to keep them busy. We also had a 1 year old so high chair was very useful

Exceptional!!!

Exceptional place, fantastic layout for a group. We had 2 x couples and 2 singles in our group of 6. Very roomy, comfortable beds and showers. Excellent views thank you
