Great view of the lake - 4 rooms so ideally can accommodate a big family on a road trip. Decent layout & decoration making it cosy.
Parking outside the property is a challenge as it is very steep. It actually touch the bottom of our car so we decide to park along the road. The water in the shower room was extremely low - almost comes to a stop when both units are in use. BBQ pit was not really clean up so we bought aluminium foil for our cooking.

The location was perfect as it was in between the airport and the centre of town.
I have nothing bad to say about the property as the stay was perfect but the fact that we booked in April with a No Refund Clause and our family circumstances changing in the meantime, we could not get our money back and had to spend quite a lot of money for a one person stay.

The location was central to Queenstown the house accomodated the amount of people we had
The beds were uncomfortable. The main bedroom had two beds pushed togther which moved during the night. The two single beds were worn and had divet like laying on a deck chair. When I book the plqce advertised a fireplace including photos. On arrival the fireplace had a sign not working. Communication with the management stated they were waiting for the tradie to come and fix it. A day later they advised me that the fireplace was damaged by a previous tenant. The following day they tell me it was permanently not in use. The air conditioner in the loungeroom was inadequate old unit and the lounge are was cold. A small heater from a bedroom was placed upstairs to heat the room. Not good.
