This 2-bedroom rental in Kissimmee is just 1 mile from Walt Disney and only 14 miles from Universal. This home has been completely renovated as of May 2017 with all brand new furniture and linens. This gated community is ideal for families and features plenty of updated, modern conveniences. Take advantage of the many on-site resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully-equipped game room with a pool table and air hockey Plan for that next exciting Florida family vacation at this pristine, two-level townhouse with full kitchen, furnished balcony, and several Oakwater amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fun-filled game room. The master suite has a plush king-size bed and an attached bath while the guest room has two twins. With two bedrooms, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to six guests quite comfortably. The well-equipped, full kitchen has plenty of prep space, drawers and cabinets containing a host of essential cookware and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your stay. Only 1.5 mile away from Disney World, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Take a short drive to the nearby Walt Disney World Resort where you can visit Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and the Magic Kingdom itself! Property was too a high standard in terms of amenities and cleanliness- excellent location in a pleasant gated community. Made use of gym and pool.
Good communication from hosts but no real need to connect during stay as things went smoothly.
Highly recommend for a family of 4 looking to find a location for Disney parks. You won’t get closer outside of theme park resorts. Also great for proximity to Premium Outlets and Disney Springs if shopping/entertainment outside of parks is your thing.

This rental was what I was looking for quite area a walk away from shopping and close to all attractions. Overall home was very clean and well kept, comfy beds and just enough space for my family of 4. If we plan another trip they will definitely be our 1st pick

This was the perfect spot for park goers to rest and unwind after visiting Orlando attractions. It is minutes from Disney and about 25 minutes from Universal. The home was lovely, exactly as represented, clean, well equipped, and Mark was very responsive to any questions we had.
The neighborhood is very quiet, well cared for, felt safe, and the pool and hot tub areas were lovely!
We would be delighted to stay here again on future trips.

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, no weird smells, A/C already on and quiet area. This was the perfect budget friendly place for my husband and I to spend 4 days at a theme park
I did not give this place 5/5 starts for a few reasons. The check-in email stated to get a parking pass from the security person at the gate before 6pm or from club house after 6. There is no security person stationed at the gate, ever and the club house closes at 6. So that was wasted time trying to locate a pass that wasn't obtainable.
We spend very little time in the townhouse, as we were gone all day, however when we returned each night, we struggled to have good internet connection. My laptop continuously sent notices that the connection was bad making it difficult to send work emails. The cable TV often lagged as well, which was annoying.
Lastly, the check out procedures were a bit odd. The welcome email was very clear, NOT to use towels to clean/wipe off makeup. Apparently, that is a major problem for them to add that to the instructions! Maybe having colored towels vs white would help. We were also instructed to take our garbage to the dumpster as well as put towels in washer and start the wash. We've stayed at other places who have asked us to remove our trash, but never have I been asked to start the laundry. Wouldn't that be covered under one of the fees we paid, which was several hundred.
Again, we enjoyed our stay! Just a few minor inconvenience.

This place was everything we were looking for! One evening after a long Disney day we came back to fine our smoke detector beeping! We called Fernando and he came and fixed it incredibly fast! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very nice. Pool, play ground and splash pad were a huge hit with the grand kids. A few small issues. The building was not building 17 but building 16. The key pad # to the pool was almost correct. We did not need to contact the property manager. The TV only worked in the master and had just 1 channel. Not a big deal for us as we were all about spending quality time with the grand kids. The unit was odor free, which is very important to me. A gate going across the staircase would be nice especially since this unit is child friendly. Thank you for providing us with a lovely place to spend with our grandkids.

We had a effortless stay for a cheer competition this past weekend. The unit is VERY clean, stocked with everything you will need. I have rented many VRBOs and this unit is very clean and does not smell (very important ) and has good accommodations.
Kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials for vacation meals, even having a few extra items. The full size washer and dryer is must for us and was wonderful
to have. Simple things as extra blankets, coffee filters.
coasters, start up pods for dishwasher and laundry detergent are welcome extras.
Loved that we did not need to get a key or return one and that the door locked behind you.
The pool was lovely and empty and the grounds were lush and well taken care pf.
The location was spectacular and being next to the Walmart was beyond helpful!
Owners were very communicative and way to work with. We will be renting from them next year when we return to the competition!

We had a great stay! This property was very convenient to get in and out of Disney and gave us a restful stay at the end of those long days! We felt safe and while we were right in the middle of it all, the neighborhood felt quiet and quaint! Mark was responsive in all communication during booking and throughout our stay.

My son had the best senior trip ever and a big part of this was were we laid our heads to rest. It was just us two but the service and attention to detail was amazing. We are grateful for our stay and will make sure to re-book every time we come back. Thank you for the use of your lovely and very clean property.

We only stayed one night, but it was a nice quiet gated community. We slept pretty good, and is close to a lot of amenities very close to Disney World as well we would consider staying again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. Very close to Walmart and the 192 road to I4 and Disney.. very comfy beds and everything was spotless, also it was a very quiet neighborhood.

Mark was great to communicate with! They made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t have any issues. The location is great if you’re going to the Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants and other amenities very close by. The property was clean and parking was not an issue for multiple cars. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Not only was it very clean, with up to date appliances in the kitchen, but it was only a few minutes from EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. World Drive into Disney World is a short drive down 192. It was very comfortable for 4 people and you can literally walk to WalMart. It is gated and has security personnel. The Oakwater community is lovely and staff are very helpful and friendly. One negative—-the towels have been used hard and, while useable, should be replaced.

Perfect spot for a family to stay right outside Disney’s gates. Very clean and family friendly. Beds were super comfy and there were plenty of linens and extra blankets. Only complaint was that there were no trays for cooking in the oven. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thanks again for hosting us!

My family and I were looking for a rental close to Animal Kingdom and Mark’s house was perfect! It was so close to everything and we were extremely happy with our stay. Mark’s communication, before, during and after was top notch. We live in Tampa and plan to stay here every time we come out to Disney! The townhouse was exactly as described and roomier than we thought it would be. If you are looking for the perfect place, this is it!

Quiet neighborhood within 7 minutes of Disney World.
The condo was clean and bright. No complaints.
Even though we don't have infants, I noticed that it is equipped with a great pak-n-play, high chair, and stroller. Families with 1 - 3 little ones would appreciate this place.

We stayed here for the week of July 4th and the property was great for us. It is exactly as advertised in the listing and the location can’t be beat. It’s a very short walk to the beach and in a quiet and well maintained community. It is also very close to the pool, which was a bonus. This location on Siesta Key makes it convenient both to Siesta Key Village and to the bridge to Sarasota (where you will find the nearest Publix, Walgreens, etc). All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more from a vacation property for our family.

When we arrived, we discovered quickly that the description was not exactly the same. To start, this is not a townhome, it's a 2nd floor apartment with a parking spot and a garage. All of the living space is on the 2nd floor . The overall cleanliness of the apartment was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The carpet, however, was not. Though the owners do allow pets (which I am appreciative of), they have let the carpet go. The carpet had multiple stains and missing pieces all over the place. It was honestly gross to walk on and request to not wear shoes in the rental did not match up. It was hard to be comfortable there due to the carpet. The location was great - close to parks and stores. You could not ask for a better location. The neighborhood was great and easy to walk my pup in. I would honestly stay there again if the floors were changed.
