This one-bedroom has a great location. Near the St. Charles St. Trolley to get you to the Warehouse/Arts District or the French Quarter or Tulane. Easy walking distance to Magazine St. for shopping, eating and drinking. The property has a dedicated off-street parking spot. Easy check-in and check-out.This one will be in the consideration when we come back to NOLA.

This property was exactly as advertised.
It is a short walk to the streetcar stop. Which brings you right to Canal st. and Bourbon st.
Area seems very nice and safe. Never felt uncomfortable at all. There is an upscale grocery store about a block away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close. We ubered to those. Several nights we didnt even go down to the french quarter. Alot to do right around here. But the quarter is only about a 20 minute streetcar ride. I would recommend getting the RTA pass. 15 a week for unlimted rides.
The unit was nice and had 2 patios to step out to if you smoke.
Brandon was great if we had questions or if we needed anything. Very quick response time. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!!! Adorable, clean, and well furnished. Everything we needed. And, talk about "location, location, location"!!! Streetcar line, Hop On Hop Off bus stop, and Fresh Market......all just a block away!!!!

This little place was perfect for us! Right where we wanted to be in the garden district. Quiet and safe. Kinda weird that the bedroom lights would come on at random times. Maybe a ghost? 👻😅
We had everything we needed right within walking distance. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will be staying again next time we make the trip!

This place really is a gem! It was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and there was information about the area left for us, which helped as we had never been to NOLA before. We were within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The streetcar being less than a block away was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This is a terrific apartment for New Orleans. Well equipped and located just off of St. Charles Avenue. Easy to take the streetcar downtown and off street parking is great for the car.

Well maintained and convenient. Half block from St. Charles streetcar and "The Fresh Market". Had a wonderful time exploring the area and the condo was equipped with pretty much everything we needed and more. Would luv to stay again someday.

Clean, updated place. Great communication with property owner. No issues at all. Also, assigned parking is a major plus. Location very good but not quite 5-star.

Conveniently located condo
The condo was clean and cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. It felt as though we were staying in a friend’s home!
It is conveniently located to the St Charles streetcar line and a short walk away from the shops and restaurants on Magazine Street.
The condo is located in the Garden District in a safe residential neighborhood and has a designated parking spot.
We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location right off the St Charles trolley where you can travel to all the great areas of New Orleans. There is a gourmet market a couple of blocks away. Hosts were great. Condo had everything one would need. Very comfortable and quiet. Would rate this highly

Perfect location
Having a street car stop half a block away, not to mention a grocery store across the street made this location very desirable for us. We were not interested in staying in the French Quarter and having the Garden District across the street was perfect. We walked to restaurants near by and walked to the cemetery tour we booked.
We did rent a car as we wanted to see areas around New Orleans. The parking spot was tight but manageable for the small sedan we rented.
The highway system was a challenge at times so make sure you have GPS or a map program on your phone if you plan on scouting out the area.

Location really couldn’t be beat especially for Mardi Gras! Condo has everything we needed and really just steps from the parade … we could see the floats from our window! Parking a bit rough but only because there was construction (FYI though the parking is not gated, but it is off the street). Condo could use a little tlc (mostly paint) but really was quite cozy and perfect for our visit. Communication with the owner was also very easy. We’d rent again.

First time in New Orleans
Outstanding condo in a fantastic location! The property was even better than advertised. The proximity to both the Fresh Market and the St. Charles streetcar were so convenient that we took advantage of them both everyday. Brandon, the landlord, answered all of our questions promptly and gave us the help we needed when problems arose.

Fun in NOLA
This property is a hidden gem one block off St. Charles! The courtyard is fun to hang out in. In addition it is only a few blocks walk to Magazine street and excellent shopping. It is nice to walk around the streets of the Garden District and look at the lovely architecture.

Conveniently Located!
St Charles streetcar and double decker tour bus stops and wonderful FreshMart store only 1 block away . If you enjoy walking check out Magazine St for shopping and eating or the historic garden District homes. Updated unit in a quiet building with parking spot included!

February Stay
The internet needs improvement. If you must work on the internet do not pick this unit. The location is great to food items, streetcar, off street parking was available and a security gate. As in the north, the NOLA area does not seem to clean up their outside patio areas. The dead growth is still around even in February. Would have made for a better appearance if area were cleaned up and old stuff were removed. Could be a nice patio space. This is probably the job of the entire 6 unit building. I would rent this unit again.

Great Location
We enjoyed the convenience of the streetcar and walkability to the restaurants on Magazine St. We found the condo to be like the photos and a question to the host was promptly answered. Comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchenware, although we mostly ate out. Great place to stay in N'awlins!

Great place
We had a great time. Communication with the owners was great. The apt was very clean and had lots of little extra items that came in handy.
The only negative thing was the trolley car was down so we had to arrange other transport but that was no fault of the owners. And lots of good food and shops are within walking distance so it worked out great.
Will definitely be going back and staying in the same place in the near future.

We had a great experience for our first time staying at a VRBO and for our first time in New Orleans. Brandon was always available for questions and with helpful information. The condo was very charming and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Garden Courtyard Gem on Toledano
The property is in a super convenient location with a charming little courtyard area. Super clean and provides everything you need for a vacation stay. Brandon and Larissa couldn’t have been more helpful! We can’t wait to visit again!
