Situated in North Truro, this lovely house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Leave your cares behind while you relax and enjoy in this comfortable and clean home close to beautiful national seashore beaches, only minutes to downtown Provincetown. Whale watch excursion tours,highland golf course, climb the pilgrim monument and witness breath taking views of the lower cape! Visit Truro’s local winery within walking distance from this home. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, tv, and fireplace, family room with a a sectional couch a tv, a full and twin size beds, full bathroom is also on the second floor. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and is close to the extra large full bath that also has a washer and dryer. Bedrooms and living and family room all with air conditioners.Large kitchen space with all amenities, living room has a sectional sofa, smart tv, and lovely fireplace! Patio has bbq grill and patio furniture with umbrella. Walking distance to a market, restaurant and library. This home was completely remodeled in 2002 and is in a residential neighborhood , linens and towels not provided. 7 day minimum in season and 3 day minimum off season.

This was a great spot for our family with 3 teenagers. The house has more than enough space and is and very clean, with lots of great amenities (dishwasher, w/d, well-equipped kitchen, etc). The outside space is lovely and the street was very quiet but well-situated for easy access to our favorite beaches. Communication with our host was clear and easy. We will definitely be back.

We rented this house because our family home was overflowing, and it was a clean, calm getaway for 3 couples in our 60s. We slept well, enjoyed our coffee in the mornings, took undisturbed naps whenever we wanted, got a little work done on computers, away from kids & chaos! We’ll be back!

We loved our stay. We felt welcomed and found the location to be convenient to beaches and walking. Would have enjoyed a bit more outdoor dining/ relaxing with improved seating and shade options.

Pam’s place worked out wonderfully. Though it was larger than we needed for the 2 of us friends, we were able to have the rest of our family friends over for meals, games and general hanging out. The bedrooms are lovely and having two wonderfully sized bathrooms were a treat. Everything we needed and more was there: washer, dryer, fans, window a.c.s in the bedrooms and living room, several tvs, ample parking, beach equipment, games and puzzles etc. It’s a great place for families. A very big plus is Pam - tho we never met her in person she provided excellent information about everything we needed to know and more, checked in with us to make sure all was going well and even left us a welcome gift.
One suggestion would be that kitchen drawers and cabinets could use organizing - and elimination of excess stuff. No biggie though.

The home is just as pictured. The rooms are very spacious and our host was wonderful. We walked to the bay beach and the ocean was minutes away by car. Would definitely rent again!

We have stayed in the Cape 3 years in a row now and this was our favorite rental property. Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Just a quick trip to the beaches we like to go to and I loved how the house was walking distance to a market, restaurant, and coffee shop. The owner was very quick to respond with a couple questions I had. I would definitely book again!

The owner was very nice and stayed in touch with us. The house had everything we needed and actually more room than we needed. Had convenient location to a beach and a nice little market but we ended up doing lots of driving. The outside could use some paint and a few minor repairs. The air conditioner worked fine but was pretty noisy. In general we were very satisfied.

We rent in North Truro for a week every summer - this has been our first time staying at Pam’s and certainly the best so far. The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us to spread out over the week. We had everything we needed, and all remarked that we felt as though we were staying with family, due to the charm of the home. Thank you, Pam, for sharing such a special spot with us.

The AC worked great which was helpful because it was so hot when we visited. The road is very quiet with only a few houses. Pam was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and well equipped. Truro is such a beautiful area with so much to offer. We enjoyed shopping, eating local and visiting the many beaches and bike trails in the area. Pam was just a message away if needed. She was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure that my family and I were comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation getaway in the Truro area.

Perfect for a relaxing week at the beach
Great spot close to beaches and a neighborhood grocery store. There is also a wonderful playground nearby for young kids. House was comfortable and has everything needed. Pam was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions.

The master bedroom is very large and shares the top floor with a large room with two twin beds. There is no door to the room with the twin beds, but that was never a problem for us. My daughter enjoyed having the downstair's bedroom to herself. We were thankful for the window air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and the living room. We cooked a few meals there and had all the kitchen items we needed.
The location is ideal. I really liked Truro. The beaches are wonderful. We could easily access them all in about 10 minutes. We had fun trying out the bay side beaches and then the ocean side. All were really nice. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to Provincetown. We definitely would return.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Truro. The house is perfectly located, very clean and accommodated our family very well. The air conditioning was a nice feature as the weather was quite hot. Pam responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely consider future stays here.

The three bedroom, two bathroom home is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on a quiet street walking distance to a small store and restaurant. It is very short bike ride or car ride to the town beach on the bay or walking distance for some.

The house is very comfortable and spacious and Pam is a great and helpful communicator. Her place was clean and ready for us and we had a great stay. It's down a little road from the N. Truro general store, a short walk to a lovely playground, and short drive to splendid beach. A very good location! As advertised, you supply your own linens and towels. Pam's coverlets and blankets were clean and comfy. I was surprised that there were not amenities like sufficient toilet paper or detergent. The kitchen is fully equipped, but If you plan to cook, bring your own knives!
