The room was nice. The breakfast was very good. The parking was secure.
There were a few maintenance issues in room like peeling wallpaper.

Pros:
+ Underground parking
+ Good for a quick stay
+ Comfortable beds
+ Hot soup as an option to buy in the evening when you have a late flight.
Cons:
- small room (although we might have chosen the smallest available because of the price)
- breakfast needs a bit more options to chose from
- no place to store your clothes in the room (again, there might be bigger room options)

We were staying here for one night before flying back home from Iceland so I'd like to share my experience:
- Location. Quite neighborhood with easy access to public transport and cafes/supermarkets nearby. Not close to the city center as located in the midtown. Overall, all good with the locations and the surroundings
- Facilities. The hotel looks new or renovated - much place to eat or to just chill, elevators, luggage room etc.
- Room. The room was clean and nice, the beds were comfy as well.
It is a little bit inconvenient that there is no reception but usually the restaurant staff help with questions if any. So, overall it is a very good hotel for this price category.
Anyway, I can't mark this hotel as Very Good (8-9) as the breakfast was not satisfying:
- No Hot Meals. Usually, fried eggs + bacon or sausages is a standard for the most of the hotels. Here we didn't have these options at all.
- No Eggs. Even when fried eggs aren't available for some reason, usually there are boiled eggs. Even though we came to breakfast on time, they ran out of eggs and simply stated "no more eggs today". It is not just that I am a mean person complaining about stuff - I am on a diet, and eggs is an essential part of my morning diet meal.
I truly believe that improving the breakfast will make this hotel a very good (8-10 depending on a customer).

Cleanliness
I wasn’t informed on a change of room, so after a long day travel I could not enter my room, it took 3 attempts on the phone just to learn that they had changed my room without informing me. The price of almost 500 euros for one night in such a simple hotel/basic facility is FAR too expensive.
