Situated in North Beach Haven, this lovely house for $934 per night is a great option for your next trip. This roomy and comfortable home is waiting for you and your family to enjoy life on the bay. The extra long dock (over 100 feet long!) is perfect for the fishers and boaters. We have strict house rules: * Families only, No groups or parties * NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property *Minimum age 35 Perfect for the family and only 2 blocks (4 minute walk) to the beach. Our single family house is directly on the bay with an extra long dock (seriously, it's over 100 feet long). We do individual leases with all of our tenants. We need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation. This was our first year staying on the bay side of LBI and this home did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for us and we loved the outdoor spaces and dock. If you like to crab and fish, this is the perfect place. We would not hesitate to rent it again!

Great property, with 2 comments. Furniture/carpeting is definitely old and tired. We had to change lights in kitchen that were burnt out. Hallway light was out but couldn't replace. AC is very loud in bedrooms.

This house was great. Waking up and being right on the water was amazing. The location was great and it was big enough that even with 9 of us we didn’t feel crowded. We would definitely go back to this house!

A very nice place and a great view.
It was a very easy process of renting. Owner responded quickly and very friendly. I would not mind renting there ago for my future stay.

Home was clean and spacious for ten adults to spread out. Large deck with comfortable seating. Beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with the exception of any way to make ice 😫. View was lovely, however note that you do not get a sunset view from the deck. You must go down to the dock.
Sofas do not have pillows, but there are plenty of extra bed pillow, so bring extra pillow cases for use in the living room.
The one thing that turned us off was that we got to the island early (prior to 4pm COVID-19 checkin) and dropped two new beach chairs, an umbrella and a bike at the house in order to re-ice the cooler. We got a call from the owner inquiring about these items. The instructions to the cleaning people are to throw anything left behind in the garbage, so that is where our new beach equipment was. The bike was locked up so that thankfully was not in the garbage. The owner arranged for the beach equipment to be removed from the garbage, but the message is do not leave anything at the house prior to checkin. Considering that the house does not come with beach chairs or umbrellas (or beach badges), why wouldn’t you just put ours in the garage (accessible to renters) for future use. Just seemed a bit mean- spirited.

UNBELIEVABLE bay front rental
From start to finish, from communicating with the owner to sadly leaving at the end of our stay, this bay front LBI rental could not have been better! The house was just as the pictures portrayed with amazing, and i mean amazing bay views and a close walking distance to the beach. The house was so well prepared, clean and spacious. We had the time of our lives and because of that, we booked 2 more dates before we even left! I cannot recommend this enough.

Beautiful home
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is situated right on the Bay and has a beautiful large deck where we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The house was very clean and well appointed and had a very large living room as well as a very large master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, bowls and pots and pans. We were very pleased with the house and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful week. Sabrina was proactive communicating about the check-in process and we found the house clean and totally convenient. A quick block and half walk to the beach and access to great views on the bay side. We'd certainly come back.

Great house tucked away on the bay
The house is located on a very quiet street with great proximity to the beach and everything you need. It is well maintained and has all the amenities you need for a great week at the shore. The views of the bay are the best part, and we enjoyed eating our meals on the back deck overlooking the bay. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful location!
Just stayed here for weekend with family. In town for wedding and enjoyed everything about it. House has everything you need. We comfortably slept 7 with 6 upstairs in 3 bedrooms and 1 on futon downstairs. There was another futon upstairs in master bedroom. Was able to walk to beach, but also loved having the peaceful bayside view with a spectacular sunset sitting out on the dock. Definitely want to come back for a longer stay sometime.

FANTASTIC
I would have paid the money just for the deck! The view was fantastic in the early mornings but, spectacular at night under the stars and watching fireworks off in the distance.
The house is on the bay two houses in from the end of Mears Avenue (53rd Street). It is a short 400 yard walk to the beach which was also fantastic. The back yard gave us access to the bay where we had 3 SUPs a Kayak and a huge blow uo relaxation station that seated four adults and the baby.
The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for our party of five adults and a two year old baby who loved playing on the deck. The three bedrooms and two baths upstairs were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well laid out and stocked with all of the plates and cooking implements that we needed.
Overall, it was a very smooth rental with easy access when we arrived, You are assigned a four digit code for the electronic door locks. Worked great and no fussing about keys.
I could rave on and on but, suffice it to say, " I highly recommend this home for a vacation" but, not for the week I'm planning to book it for next year.

Expectations Exceeded
The location was ideal. The beach was a brief walk away, and the view of the bay was picturesque. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for meal preparations, and there was ample seating for dinner both inside and out.

We loved our stay at the house - it was the perfect location, great size, & exactly what wanted
We really enjoyed our 4 days at this property. From initial contact all the way thru our stay, Sabrina was very responsive and helpful. The house was in great shape when we arrived and was the perfect size for what we're were looking for - 3 bedrooms, with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. A large living room and a good sized back deck was made only better with more yard space downstairs leading out to your own private dock. A big grill and 2 tables outside was perfect for entertaining, and when combined with the plentiful outdoor space, made it so our big family never felt crowded. We like it on the bay side because it's quiet, but you're only a short 2 block walk across the street to the beach and plenty of dining & entertainment options within a mile or two in either direction . We had a bunch of children staying and visiting and there was never a point where they were bored. Bonus for those with small children - there is a playground with separate swimming area on the bay side just a 1/2 mile down the road.
Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice house on LBI

Great location for relaxation and fun!
The house was perfect- right on the bay and less than two blocks from the beach...impeccably clean when we got there and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had new appliances and was stocked with pots and pans and everything else we needed. Large deck to watch the beautiful sunsets. We had a great time and will definitely rent this house again! Sabrina was very easy to work with and available if we had any questions.

Beautiful home situated on the bay with a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Sabrina was very quick to respond to all my inquiries. My family had a wonderful time with our boat docked next to the house. Would certainly return!!

Great week!
Spent the week with my wife and 2 sons, dauther-inlaw and grandson. Had a great time at this beautiful house on the bay. We all love the deck and the great view of the bay. This was the 2nd year in a row we spent at his house and I reserved it again for next year. Altough it is right on the bay it still is only 2 blocks from the ocean. There is also a nice bay beach in Brant Beach that has a playground and a swimming area that is very good for young children. My 3 year old grandson calls it the vacation house and he talks about it all year.

A very pleasant stay in Brant Beach.
This property was a perfect spot for our family that includes 2 teenagers and two young adult children. The backyard water view was a delight to wake up to every morning and the sunsets were beautiful. The house was clean and the owners are very responsive to any questions we had along the way. The walk was brief to the beach, and the dock came in handy when we rented a boat for the day. Brant beach is centrally located on the island and a few minutes drive to the house once over the causeway into Ship Bottom.
We had a great week and will look to rent this home again.

Best Location on LBI What a week!!!
This house has an amazing bay front location- the water is a stone throw away!! 2 blocks to a beautiful beach it was all our family of 7 could ask for. The newly renovated kitchen is lovely, fully equipped with anything one could think of! The central air is key and the sunsets were breathtaking. The kids had a ball fishing and crabbing and we fully expect to come back again next year!

LBI Family Getaway
We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this great family home in Brant Beach. The rental procedure was very simple and the keyless entry made checking in and out a breeze. The house was on a quiet street a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross the main road and there is no stop light on the corner, so beware if you have small children or independent tweens. It is not the first house on the bay so the view is not wide open, but still water front and it was fun to watch the sunsets from the dock. Or you can walk to the corner and there are benches. The deck was large but lacked lounge chairs. Dad was dissappointed he had no place for his afternoon nap outside. House was comfortable and well appointed. This home is best suited for a single family. Master bedroom is very large. Nice king bed and a pull out couch that is awkward if mom and dad want privacy. Other 2 bedrooms are good for children. Technically the house sleeps 10 but I'd say it sleeps 6 comfortably if 2 share the double bed. But it was perfect for my family. The men in my family say the house needed a larger, more modern tv in the living room and a universal remote. We hooked up our game system and watched movies at night and during bad weather. Stereo system is also older (like 8 track older) with no convenient iPod hook-up. We brought our own docking station. Again, no big deal, if you are aware ahead of time. All that said, the price was right, the house and location were fantastic and we had a great time. I would recommend this house very highly. And thank you to the owners for sharing your home.

Best of Both Worlds
What a wonderful location! Enjoyed the bay and so close to the beach! I had the opportunity to take a last minute vacation and started looking very late in the season for a rental property for the week of 8/20/11. I found this wonderful home in Brant Beach via Homeaway. I had been to LBI as a child and had taken my children there when they were little. Now our family has come full circle with our children grown, giving me 5 wonderful grandchildren (which are all under 5 yrs old!) This was perfect for us. They were with me on the weekend and one night during the week giving my husband and I a few days to ourselves (until Hurricane Irene decided to show up) This clean, spacious property has loads of closets and with a large family the 3 bathrooms and 3 bdrms made it so comfortable for everyone. The master bdrm was wonderful and the children enjoyed sleeping on the pull out sofa and King sized bed! We loved the decks and the dock made for a fun fishing, crabbing experience. (didn't catch many crabs but the kids had fun) and so did I. I must say my favorite thing was being able to walk to the beach for sunrise and sitting on the dock for sunset. Sabrina was amazing to work with and I can never thank her enough for helping our last minute vacation plans go so smoothly. We loved the keyless entry, which worked with a large family, no one can forget their key!!!Hurricane Irene decided to make her appearance sending us home 2 days early and we also had the opportunity of feeling the earthquake on the beach! I am counting the weeks until we can be back again for Summer 2012 and hoping many years to follow...I would recommend this property. It had everything we needed plus more! Peaceful, quiet street!! Perfect House for a Large Family
We rented this great beach house the week before July 4th as it was the only week that worked for our extended family. My father and sister traveled from Florida for the week (and loved that they could be outside in the summer). The house was perfect for us - enough room for all ten of us to sleep comfortably, stocked with everything you need for the week and with a great location. We loved relaxing on the deck, we barbecued with the charcoal grill two nights, enjoyed our group dinners around the large dining room table (take out one night from Pinky Shrimp's Seafood Co.) and even did a little fishing right from the backyard (no luck with either fish or crabs, unfortunately). There were too many pros to list here - it is truly a great house for your beach vacation. To be balanced, the very minor cons for you to consider: -you do have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms, so you should be aware of that; -it is only two short blocks to the beach but you do have to cross Long Beach Blvd. which is busy much of the time, so folks with young children take note; -room air conditioners provide the coolness (rather than central air) but it was completely fine. Sabrina was very pleasant and easy to work with - Thanks for sharing your house with us! I hope to rent from you again next year.

Wonderful Vacation
I rented two homes from Sabrina and Joan the week of my wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I rented this house for my mother, brother, sister-in-law, and their two kids ages 2 and 4. The space was great and in a perfect location. It was clean and well-maintained. The view of the bay from the deck and the master bedroom was perfect. We had to keep a close eye on the kids, so they wouldn't sneak off to the bay, but that it pretty typical of anywhere. The bedrooms are on a second floor and the living space and kitchen are on the main floor, so it was the perfect set-up if anyone needed a nap and others wanted to hang-out. I had more family staying at another house owned by Sabrina and Joan, which was just 2 blocks away and also on the bay. We could wave at each other from outside the houses. It was fun to travel by boat and/or kayak to stop by to visit. The home was well-stocked with anything a person could need from a house on vacation, and the owners were easy to reach, responded promptly to phone calls and emails with questions, and were very kind and professional. The keyless entry also made it easy to check in and out. The main floor of this house and deck is up a full flight of stairs, and the bedrooms are up another flight, so if anyone has a concern with stairs keep that in mind. I was so grateful to be able to have these houses and my family close for my wedding. Thank you!
