Situated in Weymouth, this lovely house for $224 per night is a great option for your next break. Spacious home newly remodeled with all high end touches. This house has water and Boston skyline views. Each bedroom and floor has it's own split system air conditioning for maximum comfort. Preferred neighborhood of North Weymouth which is 10 miles from Boston. This house provides a convenient location for you and your family to explore the city or Cape Cod with all the comforts of home. Full laundry facilities are on the same floor with the bedrooms. 2 decks to relax and enjoy the views. Steps from Johnson beach, Wessagussett beach, Lane beach, and perfectly located for exploration of Boston and Cape Cod. A 5 minute drive to the harbor shuttle terminal which leaves from Hingham to Boston Long Wharf and Logan Airport. Only a 7 minute walk to the MBTA bus stop for trips to Nantasket beach or Boston, and 5 minute drive to MBTA commuter rail.

Had a great week in North Weymouth. Property was excellent and as advertised. Ferry to Boston only 5-10 mins away and that was really useful. Lots of food options (shops, restaurants and take aways) all within easy access. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful, very user friendly. The sunsets from the porch are gorgeous. Beaches within walking distance. Jerry is quick to respond to inquiries. We have already booked our next stay.

The house, the location, a home away from home. Everything was terrific, we've made memories to last a lifetime operating from this house as our homebase. There isn't a thing not to like about this house and it's location.

The whole family found this a great spot to come "home" each day from our Boston area excursions. In the neighborhood, we enjoyed walks along the beach, up Great Hill, and at Webb Memorial State Park (although we drove to and from there). Our teenage daughters ran in the neighborhood, and we were not at all concerned about safety. Beyond that, we took the ferries from Hingham to Boston to Salem and back, drove down to Plymouth and out to Minuteman NHP, and rode the T into the city and back. The house itself was immaculate and comfortable. No complaints at all!

Excellent, accomodation with air-con in all rooms, a welcome addition for recent high temperatures. Great location and convenient to take the ferry from Hingham to Boston. Also perfect place to relax, watch the boats pass by and see the sunset.

It is in a great location with a wonderful view over the water to the Boston skyline. It is peaceful and has good transport links by road and ferry, so a good base for exploring.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return when we are back in the area.

Just as described. We took the ferry into Boston both days and it was an easy commute. The house was clean and comfortable. I would suggest black out shades in the bedrooms.

What a lovely, clean home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood of North Weymouth! Everything you will need for your stay is provided in this well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. There are water views from most every room, with the living area being on the second floor. From the sunny upper deck is a beautiful view of the bay across the street with the Boston skyline off in the distance. There are sand beaches close by as well. We especially enjoyed walking to the little state park about a mile away which had nice walking trails along the bay and beautiful salt spray roses in bloom. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area and the ferry to Boston is just a couple of miles away in Hingham Shipyard. A great place to stay in the Boston area!

This vacation at this rental house was just what we needed. The house is a short drive to the water taxi if you are looking to go into Boston. It is also accessible for driving into the city as well. If you are looking for a place to relax, take in the views of the water and the Boston skyline, there are plenty of places within this house to do so. Not only is there the amazing deck (which also overlooks the marsh, which housed many different types of birds), the whole length of the house upstairs has multiple spots to relax, as well as the porch area downstairs.
The house was a peaceful retreat, with comfortable beds to rest at the end of a busy day touring. The air conditioning worked great with the crazy 90 degree days that we had in April. We definitely would rent this place again. Jerry was helpful with providing information about the public transportation as well as some other things that were going on in the neighborhood.

We stayed over Spring Break and this was a great spot. We took the ferry from Hingham to Boston for $20 each round trip. Kids were free. From the wharf in Boston, we were able to walk the Freedom Trail, including the North End and USS Constitution. We spent one day in Plymouth. We drove into Boston once, and it was about an hour each way with traffic. The house was very clean and comfortable. It's a very short walk to the water, the beach, and a playground. We cooked dinner at the house every night. There's a great deck. A grill would be nice.

My family of four (2 adults, a 4yo and 9mo) loved our stay. The location near the water was so pretty and the playground a block away was clutch. They had extras like dish soap, laundry detergent and body wash. WiFi was good quality and the big tv had all sorts of programs. The bathrooms were well updated and everything was very clean. Huge dining room table and counter top bar had starting for 10+ people. Due to the season we didn't use the awesome decks but loved our view of Boston.
Only note is that the 2 twin beds are high so if you have a little who moves around bring some inflatable

The property was extremely clean and very comfortable! The kitchen had all the utensils needed and was nicely updated! The two baths were very clean and three bedrooms likewise were clean and a perfect size. All this in a quiet neighborhood - this made for a peaceful getaway for a few days! Thank you!!

The VRMO was a perfect place for to stay while we explored Boston and the surrounding area. Everything in the home is clean, comfortable and new. Kitchen was well appointed, the furniture clean and comfortable, including the beds. The house was built so there are nice views of the water from a charming deck and the upstairs; the neighborhood is safe and charming. We took Ubers to the ferry, a couple miles away, for a very pleasant and economical ride into the city. Also took a day trip to Plymouth, which was excellent. We accidently locked ourselves out, and the owner quickly came to our rescue. Fresh flowers on the counter greeted us at our arrival. This was one of the best vacation homes I have ever stayed in. I would come again for sure!

Property is newly renovated and in excellent condition. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities we could ask for... it even had the Major League Baseball channel, a big plus for us Cardinal fans. The location was convenient to Boston by ferry and a short drive south to Cape Cod. We loved our stay and thank you for the welcome fresh flower arrangement, it was a beautiful touch.

The house was very clean. It has a great view from the upstairs kitchen. Air conditioning in each bedroom too. So, the house was very comfortable to stay in. I would recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway!
We had an amazing week at this property and even extended our stay an extra day because we didn't want to leave. The house is beautiful, open, roomy and well stocked. There is a rocky beach across the street which we had to ourselves the whole stay. It was quiet and relaxing - also the perfect place to paddleboard. We enjoyed exploring the area on the paddleboards and would take them a short distance to the neaby sandy beach (Jerry the owner said the waters are rougher later in the year). We took the ferry to Boston for a whale watch, aquarium visit and exploring the city. The ferry dock was less than 10 minutes from the house which was very convenient. The views from the decks are amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. Jerry was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would rent this home again!

The house is close to the ferry for a quick ride into Boston. There are also a couple T stops close by to take the subway into the City. Quiet neighborhood with a nice view of the water. If you don't have to be downtown, this is a good option.

The home was exactly as listed on the site. It was clean and welcoming. Jerry has a very nice home in a convenient area. 20 mins outside Boston. We weren't able to take the ferry in Boston as we were snowed for a bit, but all in all it was a great getaway for us.

Pleasant visit
We rented this property to be close to our daughter, her husband, and her new baby. We got a nice view and a newly renovated property which were nice pluses. We were also reasonably close to beaches, grocery stores, and the ferry to downtown Boston. The outdoor deck was the best part of this house with the kitchen a close second. I would recommend staying here.

WIFI was very spotty. Had to use phone data a lot. Also would be nice to have more than one TV and more than basic cable of about 10 stations. Everything else was nice. Property was clean and newly renovated.
