Located 1 block off busy Palm Blvd on a quiet neighborhood street. From the moment you pull into the driveway you will know you have found the ultimate vacation destination. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the front porches, or take a three-minute walk, 300 yards, to the beach (direct beach access). If you are accustomed to luxury standards, with a resort feel, you will feel right at home in our IOP home. This beautiful beach house was custom built with luxury features and is professionally decorated. Meticulous attention to detail has been spent to create a beach home you will remember and want to come back to again and again. CUSTOM FEATURES - Custom molding and trim details in every room, from the bead board beamed ceiling and paneling in the kitchen and great room, paneled dual master suites, full paneling on the first floor common area, and a custom built-in bar. White Carrara Italian marble and granite countertops throughout the house. DUAL MASTER SUITES - With dual master suites you no longer need to decide who gets the best room, when traveling with another couple! Custom paneling, casing, and trim create a look only found in the finest of custom resort homes. With separate bath, whirlpool tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closets, you will feel pampered in luxury. Each bedroom opens to the front of the house with access to the front porches. Enjoy ultimate bedding with spa like amenities - pillow top mattress, 700 thread-count sheets, and plush towels. Each master has a 42" flat screen smart TV and DVD player. LUXURIOUS GUEST SUITES - 4 additional bedrooms, two with Queen beds and two with Twins. All rooms have large closets and plenty of drawer space and beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses, 700 thread count sheets and plush towels as well. Twin Rooms have private bath and the Two Queen rooms share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom. All bedrooms have private access to either the front porch, screened porch or sundeck and include a TV and DVD player. From the top or 2nd floor, enjoy the porch on the front of the house in comfortable outdoor furniture. In the back there is a sundeck with furniture which overlooks the pool and backyard. This is a perfect spot to get away from everyone and read a book or take a nap. And don't forget the Cabana around the pool, with lounge chairs, a sectional couch and dining table. PRIVATE YARD, POOL & CABANA - Yard is professionally landscaped, complete with lighting, outdoor Boise Speakers and a pool with waterfall. Enjoy grilling outside under the covered cabana. Seating for 6 around the table as well as chaise lounges and a sectional couch. If visiting during the spring or fall season when temperatures are not so hot, you have the option of having the pool heated for your stay. AMENITIES - We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, games, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach carts so you do not have to travel with all this gear. Also enjoy the fully stocked kitchen pantry with spices and all the necessary cooking ingredients. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN - Items that we keep on hand for the little ones include a highchair, pack-n-play, baby gates and 2 strollers. You'll also find outlet covers so you can baby proof!

The house is beautiful and set up for a magnificent beach vacation in Isle of Palms.
The set up was perfect for the 7 of us ladies and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The elevator made it very easy to arrive and move suitcases from the ground floor to the 2nd &"3rd floor.

Highly recommend. The property was exactly what we were looking for for our multi-generational family reunion. Elevator was a huge plus for my elderly father, beach toys for the kids (wagons to lug them for the dads!), well appointed kitchen, 2 refrigerators. Beach was a 5 min walk; pool in the back if we were even to lazy to do that... Everything we needed to just be able to hang out as a family. Host was very responsive, particularly when we had some trouble with the AC. Repairman was there within a few hours, and she continued to check in regularly for the rest of the trip.

Our group of 2 families spent the 4th of July week in this wonderful home. The house is as advertised & the pictures are accurate. The pool & covered cabana area with gas grill are great for lounging, grilling, & cocktails. The living space inside the house is well laid out. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, a bar with full refrigerator, 2 couches & a chair, TV, 1/2 bath, & washer/dryer. The 3rd floor is an open floor plan which is great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is well appointed with most everything you might want. The house has plenty of outdoor space with porches in front and back of the house. The elevator was nice to use when going from the garage to the 3rd floor with luggage, groceries, etc.
The location to the beach is fantastic. It's a short 1 block walk from the driveway to the beach access & the owners provide beach carts to haul your items. The garage has plenty of beach chairs, games, umbrellas, coolers, etc to use. My only complaint is that most of the beach items in the garage were covered in sand, presumably because the prior renters did not rinse them off, but that's not the homeowner's fault.
As far as communication, Wendy was extremely quick to respond to any questions & had excellent recommendations for bike/golf cart rentals, restaurants, etc. We would definitely rent this house again!

Yes there is a new home being built next door but it did not bother us at all. Some things cannot be controlled. Construction is one of those. We would go back next week if we could!!!!

The house has a nice set up, is well equipped with everything one needs from kitchen to pool and entertainment areas, and is located close to the beach. Our only disappointment is that after arriving Saturday afternoon to a peaceful ambience, we were shaken awake at 8am Monday morning by construction crew working on new build next door. The crews worked from 8am to 6-7pm each day. We did not have advance notice of this and when we told the owner, their response was that they were unaware there was a new build happening because they are not local. Clearly there is no local management involved with this property. We were quite disappointed.

Wonderful multi level living house with ample room for a large family or extended family. Easy very short walk to beach, great beach gear at house for use during stay, and private pool is a perfect size (and depth for younger kids). Very helpful and responsive owner. Overall, a great rental on IOP.

This house has all the amenities a family could hope for. A fabulous pool and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The garage is huge and filled with pool toys, beach chairs, wagons for getting gear to the beach, and umbrellas. Plus many games for kids, just amazing! The elevator was wonderful for unloading when we arrived, and for our daily run to the grocery store just 5 minutes away. The huge living/dining/kitchen area is lovely, and the front porches have the most wonderful breezes all day long. A great place for afternoon naps or reading. Wendy responds almost immediately to any email inquiry. Fabulous week.
