Loved the room, very comfortable beds and quality coffee was provided along with water. The breakfast was at a great restaurant nearby. Thank you.
Centrally located on the Metro line to airport.
The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to help.
Would be nice to have a space to chill and sit down upon arrival, especially after the long trip from the airport and jet lag in 45 degrees. Not sure it’s possible but that’s ok!

It’s very clean and near the centre of Athens.
The breakfast needs to be changed, It is such a shame that in a city like Athens with delicious food in every corner, and you decide to use a cafe serving below average food as your breakfast.

The best feature is the location – very close to Plaka, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and many historical and cultural sights all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable, with five different choices and either juice or coffee (the coffee was especially good). Overall, a convenient place to stay when visiting Athens.
There are a few downsides worth mentioning. The photos online are somewhat misleading – the hotel does not actually have a lobby or a common area to sit, relax, or have a drink. There is a separate brunch café in the building, which can appear to be part of the hotel, but it is not connected.
The ‘superior room’ felt smaller and more cramped than the pictures suggest. At times, there was also an occasional smell, most likely coming from the drains.
Another issue is that there is an Airbnb on the 6th floor of the same building, over which the hotel has no control. On one night, the guests there were noisy, and we had to knock on their door ourselves since (as far I as I understand) the hotel staff were instructed not to get involved.
The reception area itself is very cramped, leaving the staff without comfortable working conditions. I hope the hotel management will find a way to improve this, as the staff deserve a better environment.
Finally, there is some street noise. This is normal for the area and not a complaint, but something future guests may want to keep in mind.
