Location was amazing, you can choose what you want for breakfast, check-in/check-out process is quick and easy and they store your luggage.
Staff was super nice and helpful, handing a map and tips/locations to see.
You keep an eletronic key to get in/get out whenever you want as there is only reception available from 10h00 to 17h00.
You get what you pay for as the facilities are ok, not great.
Bathroom gets really hot and smelling of humidity.

Great stay overall! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent.
The only downside was a bit of a bad smell coming back up from the bathroom drains.

The location is great in the heart of the city but outside the very touristy areas . The staff were great and helped with local information and keeping bags for us before our late flight. The room was large with room for bags and easy chairs.
The bed was very comfy and we slept well even though we overlooked the street.
The side tables and coffee table are very worn and let down an overall good appearance. Little things like the bin in the bathroom need replacing also. The WiFi could be connected to but did not seem to connect to the internet so we used our 5G signal.

Central location, very clean, lovely helpful receptionist.
Air con was inadequate. Room in which breakfast was served was too hot....needs air con. Does not have a hot tub as advertised.
